Hurray, great news, looks like job application confirms HD Project is Shin Megami Tensei V, and it’s coming to Playstation 4.
this is gonna save Atlus/SMT/RPG fans on PS4 hundreds of dollars. switch is a sad excuse for a platform for that price anyways, and nintendo was never a good brand for something that is darker, more mature, more chaotic, more open minded, and more religious like Shin Megami Tensei. persona is basically SMT for children compared to the true mainline series.
had a feeling that the HD Project label and Unreal Engine 4 had to mean something more.
Switch could get timed exclusivity, but a port to PS4 looks confirmed in their plans. great timing to also test the PS4 market waters for SMT this gen.
PS4 has the most diversified tastes and mature market.

If I was paying attention, the books would’ve been read. Didn’t know that like 8 of them were exclusive to the school library. The requests are sort of tied to the Confidant trophy, so I’ll get those on NG+ as I work on maxxing the confidants. Compendium is also tied to the Confidants, so yea, NG+.
Tried to get this Plat before Injustice 2, but I’ve failed.
I feel like that probably drains the shit out of your battery. I already themed out my phone anyway. Background is Joker from the pause menu, text is the social stat up sound effect, and ringtone is the airsoft shop theme.
By the way I’m currently in November, but the game ends in March right? That’s as far as the calendar reaches. I’m at about 83 hours right now and I’m just curious how much more game I have left.
Alright then that makes sense. But I’ve read that on NG+ your level resets but you keep a bunch of shit. So does that mean your HP and SP go back down too? I know that I can summon anythjng registered in the compendium on NG+, but do SP restrictions keep you from going balls deep with your good personas early game?
HP and SP do go down. In the early you’ll have enough SP to perform high level attacks once. If you have the SP restoring charms it won’t be a big issue.
You get to keep your Social Stats too I’d imagine, which should make getting max Confidants on your NG+ pretty easy. Unlike normal ones though, you don’t get to keep your amount of Persona slots, since those are linked to a Confidant, but I’d imagine the Compendium still stays.
I forgot about the social stats. You do keep them. For confidants it isn’t necessary to max them out the second time around. If you max’d Kawakami in the previous playthough you will automatically get her max level ability once you establish the confidant again. Same happened with the Twins.
Oh, that’ll be nice. But I mean, I figure you may as well max them or something. Because really, once you take out the mass chunk of time you spend stat boosting, all that’s really left between Confidants is money farming and fixing that old Laptop so you can buy from Tanaka, lol.
I’m still doing the confidants anyway because I want the levels for fusions. Redoing the confidants you max’d previously will make them level faster than normal. It will give me room to max out the ones I didn’t finish from my previous run.
