Has anybody discovered any type of extended flight combo (I guess when I say that, one where you use 3 AD’s while in flight after a launch) that doesn’t require you to carry them to the corner or already start in the corner in order for you to follow up with Smart Bomb into Proton Cannon? I’ve discovered (Can’t really say that, its an extremely easy combo) where all you do is :s: j. j. :h: fly j. j. :h: AD Forward j. j. :h: AD Up j. j. :h: AD Forward j. j. :h: :s: . Only problem is, unless it carries to the corner, or you’re already starting out in the corner, you’re going to be too far to do the Smart bomb follow up. Really this is kind of a variation of DoctahErik’s 2nd combo in the Ultimate Ironman! video. You’ll notice that Vergil is in the corner when he follows up with the OTG Smart Bomb. I’m beginning to think that any type of long flight combo like that has no real chance of being followed up, anyone want to prove me wrong?

Really love what I see here. I was kind of trying to do something like that today, where I just do the regular magic series in the air ( :h: d+:h:), then right after that, AD straight down and connect with something, and fly. I’m certainly going to try to get something like this in my game. I think this might be the only way to do a lot of stuff in flight mode and still be able to finish off with the OTG into Proton Cannon without having to be in the corner.
tested on RR and Zero should work on everyone.

I’m having trouble ending my combos when they’re mid screen. How much time do you have to ground dash and Smart Bomb into super?
Not enough if you can’t get to your opponent in 1 dash. After a level 3 super you have time to do 2 dashes.
I’m gettin’ there in one dash, it’s just by the time the smart bombs hit the ground, the opponent’s already ground teching. Is it just that I have to input it faster?
Just gotta do it faster. He has enough time after a standard air magic series to do a wave dash into Smart Bomb midscreen.
It makes it easier if you do MMHd.HS for an air series because you land closer to the ground when you spike em
Similar to Thor delaying his S in air series in order to land fast enough to fully charge mighty smash otg. Btw your Thor is GDLK.

Anybody got any super jump height XF combos they regularly use? Trying to put one together for XF2/3 Man.
Is the standard one dropping while in XF2/3? If not, it should still kill someone dead.
Can anyone elaborate a bit on how the H SMART BOMB into proton cannon can combo?Everytime I try it they flip out before the proton cannon hits.

I tried doing the one that was in the IM video in XF3 and Iron Man falls too fast for the last unfly j.H. I prefer that combo for the super jump height stuff but I’ll try yours in the XF3 and see what it does.
I Prefer to use L smart bomb to proton cannon and H Smart bomb to lv 3 i will let others explain, not sure myself.
Delay the Proton cannon cancel if your combo has a lot of HSD…bu not too much, this allows the next “wave” of bombs to be released causing enough hit-stun.
Also Ironman/Zero… Team Verizon?
You have to cancel into hyper early after a long combo or they will flip out. There is too much HSD at that point and SB does a little hit stun now.
Are you doing it in the corner. I’ve learned that in many situations such as after Repulsor Spread and H Smart Bomb otg they flip out too soon if you dash in before doing the smart bombs. If you walk forward just a little or don’t move forward at all and just do the H Smart bombs it’ll work.
