Oh yeah, also lean to tag combo off Hugo’s cHP. Its important for getting massive damage off ultra throw or a Air to air CH.

Otherwise this 50 hit combo player is not very good. If you lose against him is probably not because of its useless setup. Or one steal of 10 match because of the time.

Can someone give me a good critique of these matches (I’m the Ken/Kuma player)? I know I missed a few good damage opportunities by not spending meter, but I definitely need some tips in the neutral game. That overhead attempt at the end was an execution error, but eh.
Oh cool, I had no idea where I could use it. Now I have to level up my Ken for reliable damage output. I can imagine how devastating your combos are with Bob/Hugo.
@Buster Cannon you seem pretty solid to me and I think you were just unlucky in the end to me. I didn’t know that Steve can counter Break’n 
Anyone that can give you tips with Ken and Kuma is going to help me as well

I still think it’s stupid that you are required to buy these gems to play on even grounds with DLC gem users. I will never ever knowingly use these gems against a player who doesn’t have these gems.
By the way I played you the other day. I was the King/Kuma player.
Knowing a lot of Kuma’s tricks only scares me instead of comforting me. :c

Speaking if gems… There’s a couple of characters where you almost need the SF SA gem.
Notably, Hugo and Ken.
Yeah…with that Gem Ken gets a 408 damage punish tool, Hugo gets a 456 damage move that can be comboed into relatively (or completely) unscaled.
It makes no sense to me why that is a paid gem on the SF side while the TK side gets it for free.
Doesn’t Hugo’s super punish projectiles? 6 frames start up is very good too.
Hugos super is extremely good.
With the SA gem it does over 400 damage.

I’ve been scavenging some SFxT related material on YT for the past half hour. There’s quite a lot of nice stuff out there, just got to find and collect it!

So I may have found a corner oki setup for Rufus, but I do not know how effective it could be/if it is any better than the usual divekivk once or twice/meaty low/throw stuff he’s had since week 1. I asked in the Rufus forum but, well…
After HKD in the corner you can do an immediate jumpbackxxDivekick to set up for:
- throw punish rolls on reaction
2)hit a meaty c.mkxxGT or OH to stop jumpouts/mash and mix them up - tick throw setups
4)block/backdash reversals
It doesn’t do anything fancy or cross opponents up but so far it’s been doing very well because of how safe all the options are.
It’s alright I had tons of fun. I’m just glad I didn’t get bodied xD lmao

Nah, that was the Juri forums. It was essentially Roknin, FengShuiEngine, ShadowlooDoll and myself keeping it alive before it finally died. RIP Juri forum. T.T

Well, some forums were fantastic for long periods of time. Paul’s forum even back in 2012a was clearly the hypest.
I wanted to laugh at this, but then I checked the Nina forum and the last post was a month ago asking if her BnBs changed. And the Elena forum is just Links, vincinington, and me… =(
