I really hate laggy games …
There is lag and there is having a connection so bad your next door neighbour wouldn’t be able to play you online.
THEN using that same connection to play against somebody overseas.
Think 3 second delay on everything.
I finally got a hang of using jabs in the neutral range. I never grasped how high level players would use them, then I started catching stuff like machine gun blows and stuffing dhalsim’s pokes with yoshimitsu’s standing short.
The dudley kept baiting my windmills at max range so that he could get a free punish with EX machine blow out of range so I started closing in, mixing in those jabs and my regular pokes. After a couple of jabs stuffing MGBs, I started being able to sneak in some windmills for something to whiff punish.
What juggle were you doing into the LP Double Arm Stinger? I can’t seem to replicate it on PC either. Perhaps it was a very specific situation? The only other thing that I could think of was that you actually missed with the LP Double Arm Stinger (some very specific positions it will whiff even if you juggle with a normal before cancelling into it), but you probably already accounted for that.
I swear this forum needs to add a facepalm flag to go with those LOL’s, AGREE’s and INSIGHTFUL’s…
On a more SFxT related note, Summerjam is this weekend. Who’s gonna be there to get blown up by Asuka? :3
Sigh I’m not gonna be able to make it. Apparently paying for college and getting ready to return for the semester is more important than falling raining people to death.

Hey there guys, I’m fairly new to the SFxT boards, not new to the game. I want to get more involved with the online community as I only have about 3-4 sporadic offline players where I live. Anyway I play on Xbox GT: Heavyweight 706. I mainly play Bob and I’m currently learning Hwoarang. Feel free to hit me up for games.
I played Asuka some before the patch. I feel like I’m an adequate intermediate Nina. Maybe Ill pick her back up.
Still so sad that they messed up Hugo. He wasn’t even good before.

Post cross rush straight into cr. HP > LP Double Arm Stinger. That should always connect. I’m pretty sure there was a hit when he teched out of it yesterday…
I don’t know. I have to check again next week to see if it happens again, because I only have PS3. Maybe it’s an Xbox thing…
I wouldn’t say “a lot”, but judging by the last two weeks, there seems to be a consistent group of good players who do show up to play each week.
