TTT2 is completely non - canon. It’s basically fan fiction. That’s why Heihachi is portrayed as he was in Tekken 1 - 2 instead of the much older Heihachi from Tekken 6.
Asuka is just angsty because of those pent up feelings for Lili and how Lili provokes her to flirt with her.

It’s pretty much canonical that Lili has the hots for Asuka and it’s at least somewhat reciprocated.
I know that it’s not canon, but I wouldn’t be shocked if they still ran with the idea for T7. They did go through the effort of making her very different from Asuka, but I suppose it wishful thinking. Same thing with totally reinventing Kunimitsu, I hope they bring her back for the next game too.

any character with any character can be a good team… of course im serious. in fact some characters’ synergy is strong enough to make characters underneath them better. i think alisa is a strong character; i dont hate her but i do believe she is borderline brainead/broken. no ill be honest, shes fucking guile on steriods, with more tools an options. guiles zoning is laughable compared to alisa. i have ZERO respect for players that abuse the fuck out of alisas keep away game. sometimes i cant even touch a good alisa with cody… sakura has a chance, however.
I now no longer feel hatred for Asuka.

I wouldn’t say ANY character is good with ANY character. That would imply all tiers and matchups being equal, really.
A LOT of characters compliment each other, some more so than others; some help each other in surprising ways or open up new tech so its always good to try it out and if it fits your style then go for it.
But um… I’m not sure I want to run Asuka x Hugo. I’m still trying to figure out how the hell William makes that work at all lol.
Or more to the point, I’m not running Poison x Alisa. They pretty much play the same role on a team.
Also um, Alisa is nowhere near broken. Definitely not braindead.
…there’s a joke about the lack of true gender on that team since one is questionable and one is a robot. There’s probably a bunch of gender jokes in there. Have at’em!

I can barely learn julia and raven in a day, let alone switching an entire playstyle. On another note, im never discussing hwoarang again. That nigga brings the worst in mofos when discussing him.

Same here. Especially the whole heroic martyr approach Jin is taking toward the Devil Gene, despite being an tremendous dickhead about it and throwing the world into war-torn instability. I wish SFxT would have adopted his persona from TK4 instead, where he was less of a pompous faggot.
