You are definitely right about that. And everyone keeps getting better (Atleast on PSN anyway) so now I have to deal with all the new tricks and setups they learn. But fighting the best of any character (I.E. Will08’s Chun/Julia or Songi’s Xiaoyu) makes fighting everyone else easy.
Man I wish I could run a Dan/Lei team. Or a Fei Long/Law. I can only dream Bruce…
People should go to the SoCal Regionals thread and ask for SFxT.
They have every other game, so I don’t see why SFxT (a game that probably has more people playing it at any given moment than many of those other games), sholdn’t be involved.
The LA qualifiers for SFxT was filled with solid players. Arguably the best of all the qualifiers. SoCal Regionals, at the very least, should have the game.

Is Megaman even tournament legal? If so I don’t want to deal with learning a match up for a joke character that isn’t a part of the Street Fighter OR Tekken roster in SFxT, that just seems so dumb.
Lol that was a joke. Anyways I think he is legal. Atleast he was when the fly glitch was there. Why would they ban him after the glitch is fixed.
I’m pretty sure Megaman and other console exclusive characters are always not legal.
One guy did get away with using Cole early on in the SF25th series, but that’s all I’ve seen.
In all non SF25th tournaments console exclusive characters are illegal because of the fact that the people who play the game on the other console have an experience disadvantage. As it has always been, and how it always will be (in traditional, non-company run tournaments).
I don’t get the point of joke characters. Nobody uses them, they suck, their a waste of resources, they suck, they take up the space that other cool characters could have been in, and I almost forgot, they suck.
Because for some reason people complain when a waste of space character that no one was going to play anyway is’nt in a game.
Some people complained that Dan was’nt put in sfxt. WHY!! so that he could take the spot of a useful character that some people might be interested in actualy playing.
People wanted Phoenix Wright in UMvC3 and they got him, but does anyone actually play him?
