yeah none uses ascension anyway, buffed walkspeed, andante is 1f faster, dominating heel is also faster, counter gives you more meter on hit, same as Dendobrium, sunflower lance and her divekicks. Basically she builds more meter, better walkspeed and faster AA.

I’m not quite seeing Xiaoyu as top tier just yet. That being said, much better normals and what appears to be an improved oki game due to the system changes and her buffs should make her feared.
