Necalli isn’t done yet, compared to what others characters got when we talk about nerfs he didn’t get that much. His problem is the dumb easy gameplan of him, people reached their max too quickly and there’s nothing else to learn. When SFV was out that was an advantage because controlling Necalli was easier than controlling the others characters, but people figured him out quickly because every Necalli plays in the same manner. The best way to buff him is nerf the characters above him, in this way he stayed in top 10 until now. He’s the real Ryu of SFV, you can master him, but once you reach your limits it’s done. He’s too linear and often to cover this issue Necalli players feels legitimate to go full ape with him. When st.HK doesn’t reach Necalli jumps, even his counterpoking game isn’t top notch anymore. Against advanced players Necalli is too simple to fight, give a look to his BS like no sense command grabs/ EX dp’s and he’s done. I’ve fought a friend of mine just yesterday and he left depressed because I’ve manhandled him so bad.

Congrats to the Artist formerly known as Yukadon. Honestly after Fuudo beat Momochi I was rooting against him anyways. Still a good grand finals tho
