For some reason the standard blue reply button isn’t working. Had that problem on mobile, but now it’s happening on PC also. Discourse is awesome right now.

Yo Jin…why is Cammy so scary lol
I palyed some sets against a Diamond Necalli (went Aby/Urien) first)like around 3-4AM yesterday and got my ass spanked in a fun way, he knew I was bullshitting around so he went Necalli

I picked Cammy and beat his main with a very defensive Cammy…I’m 100% sure he wasn’t scared of me but the character…

I rly rly rly don’t understand how Cammy was able to get to where she’s at now…like does Capcom just let things slide?

I know this isn’t shit you can answer completely and I already know the answer but I was just like wtf I beat him with a shitty ass Cammy LOL I didn’t even go juri/karin next time i will though

Cammy’s got good buttenz and good buttenz characters stay good. Not much more to it than that. Oh and dive to step on other people’s good buttons and throw off their AA’s. They can’t nerf her without making her more basic and “boring” than she already is.

Only games Cammy is bad is is ones where she can’t deal with projectiles or she just doesn’t do enough damage.

Also I’m noticing whenever I’m in my “play serious mode” the ONE thing that fucks me over is when I’m fighting a character with a VERY good crMK. I don’t consider it my bane of SFV but a good crMK will still get you far in this game, especially if it can confirm into VT

Like Kolin for example and her crMK > VT2 it’s really disgusting.

Good c.MK’s will always be good. In any SF game or even anime game really, strong low means you can stop people from playing neutral and lock them down faster. It’s easier to avoid pressure from characters that can’t clip you low into anything scary. Just a basic fighting game thing. Top tier walk speed also helps with this. Like Bison actually has one of the best c.MK’s in the game hit box wise, but he walks way too slow to enforce it on people.

They tried to make the c.MK’s more honest in this game, but anyone with meterless, cancelable c.MK to strong corner push is going to be of the higher tier.

I remember when Roo’s c.MK was beast. But that thing doesn’t exist in SFV.

And that one game is ST. Cammy too strong. Akuma too strong. These characters are automatic top tier in almost every SF and cross over related game and will be in SFVI.
