Cipher at least brings in discussion points. I think the only time someone got clapped for something similar was…well, you probably remember something about MvC:I. Where the person was bringing nothing to the table.

I assure you mods aren’t robots. The charge is that Cipher does nothing but troll people here. Problem is that whenever you guys get even the hint of wanting to play an anime game, he gives you guys hella information.
Right now Highland is mad that he got aired out like a bagpipe about to be put away in storage.
the issue though, is that you need to give some guidance here. He doesn’t challenge you guys often on straight trolly stuff. He asks for mechanical stuff a chunk of the time and then people don’t address him properly. The latest tiss is just that. Compared to DevilJin calling everybody scrubs for not gettign to master, what he said was lighthearted. Shit, the stuff done to Mobb Deep in these threads was significantly worse and NOBODY got banned for that.
So which is the standard you guys want DevilJin to enforce? Yeah, its gonna require a hella amount of grey so he can make actual decisions instead of being a robot. But if a lot of people feel Cipher has to go, then there’s gotta be some ground rules and examples as to what people should watch out for.
He has been for a minute because Cipher gives pinpoint wedgies to people. Reread why he said highland is an 09er, shit is hilarious and accurate on a lot of ends.
He’s been doing something a level of annoying best described with a PR colloquialism: “stabbing you with a wooden knife”. Just constant poking that is not killing you but annoying AF.

Full disclosure I hate you but I just ignore you now and you been chill lately anyway. But if people are actually leaving because of you, which i disagree with, then I have a problem. Mostly because like Darc said our community is already shrinking.
