Juri is a walking anti projectile and the active frames on her fireball allow her to walk and pressure during it. If you actually balance games and aren’t a complete nut, it’s obvious to see why Juri will never get point blank plus fireball.
You could ALMOST justify it in S1/2, but now with the new active frames. Nope.

That’s not enough effort for the neutral and block string reward you get vs most characters. Plus on top of being a walking anti projectile.

Juri needs something good as well.But for some reason Capcom is really careful with her.

Juri needs something, just Juri players are bad at figuring out what it is without saying stuff that doesn’t make sense for the way the game is designed.

The core of her gameplay are her stores.
We suggest buffing them, yet still not good suggestions ?
I mean Guile, Chun, Cody, Sakura can walk in behind meterless or metered fireballs but Juris store based mechanic would be too much? I can just drop one bar for EX Tornado and get in for free on most.

Yeah like if you want to buff MK and HK stores, sure. The LK fireball is completely fine now. In some matchups once its out the opponent has to let you in as the anti air is completely free if they bother to jump. Plus spaced strings that most characters can’t really do much about.
What i and several others have suggested for quite some time are EX versions of Juri’s stores. I rarely find myself dumping my meter for super as Juri, enhanced versions of her stores would benefit her gameplan.
EX Light fuha - full screen, slow moving,plus on block
EX Medium fuha - fast as fuck overhead, that’s right, fast as fuck i said
EX Heavy fuha -could stay as her current one but plus on block.
Enhanced stores would work wonders with her non existant VT 2 as well. Because if she would be plus on block on her EX moves,then a Vtrigger that gives her more meter would be spot on.It would allow her to keep pressure.That’s the point of the trigger itself, be up in your face and drain you’re life and bar.
I mean it’s an irrelevant thing to suggest. She can walk in on fireball and she has EX/V Skill moves that crash her into the neutral and the EX one can be VTC’d into free start the party. I mean she can do neutrally what they can, just less reward.
People act like Juri can’t SFV, but she very much can. One of the only 15 Warlords is a Juri. You don’t get there with no SFV stuff. She even has (a very honest) fireball whiff VTC.

She can, but unlike others she needs to SFV you about 3 times to win, not just one time.

Yeah that’s why she won’t be top tier, but she’s in a good enough space where she can be a threat in the meta due to what she has. She can play the game.
Few extra QoL things sure, but she’s not going to get nor does she really need anything crazy at this point.
So? It’s a store and it’s shit. I can crash neutral with Zonk and use Tornado’s just like Juris lk. Fuha.
