Chun has pretty underrated rushdown, but Menat can beat people without rushing down or doing much anything so that’s better than rushdown lol.
Menat’s rushdown without trigger is way more situational than say Dhalsim’s (one trait he has over her, much more solid natural rushdown) but she does have offensive options and isn’t just purely about the zone. Enough to get the life lead and keep it going any way.

Yeah she has a fast dash and all, it’s just a lot of her offense is shimmy based and anything that can really open you up requires a lot of execution. Basically being patient during her rushdown even if it is solid does better than vs say Karin or Cammy.
If her offense was as crazy as Karins or Cammys then the 15 frame dash would be more relevant.
Point being, Chun’s rush down is a gamble 100%
You have to rely on dash and walk speed and microwalks in between normals to stick, and those normals have less reach than an Asian dude using a urinal (these bitches literally be dry humping the sodding thing)
