You STFU about Zeku’s VT1. People don’t know all of the level of what’s up with it.

Karin already hits like a gorilla outside of VT so that girl has robbery in her base form for bar expenditure, has highest damage output from 3f hits and one of, if not the highest from standard BnB routes.
And her VT1 buffs in S4 gave her a legitimate vortex with her rekka oB. Karin’s VT1 is deffo robbery tier, just a bit more grounded.
Menat don’t need a VT1 change and balance wise I think she’s in pretty perfect spot, but they could deffo buff up VT2. Some people can’t use her VT1 very well so an easier VT2 option being competitive would be nice. IIRC the combos it gives her access to get fucked up by the orb scaling, so maybe just dialing back the scaling amount it applies would help.
Zeku’s VT1 won’t rob you, but it’s a free neutral bypass and lets him unga you for free. Free slides until one gets blocked and forces him to pop VTC/VT

Menat VT2 needs to be something completely different.
As long as it’s the weaker, training wheels version of VT1 it’s useless.
Sanford confusing game engines with game design uh oh, old man is showing.

I don’t think that makes it useless, Menat’s VT1 is probably hard to pilot for a lot of people. So giving her a nice VT2 that’s easier to use is all I expect it to be, it just doesn’t hit very hard atm.
VT2 does work as an initial introductory trigger for lower level players, it just doesn’t help for tournament level play. Just not cheap enough for it.
You need Sako level VT1 to make VT1 really work now especially with only getting one shot at it. J.Wong was already sloppy as it was with her VT1 so he could use a real VT2. He just lucks out that VT1 can still let him lame and that the character can win with lame.
What i want to know is why does Zeku get real mixups off his slide VTC but when I do it as Vega I’m only +1 Capcom please…I’ll buy more costumes I swear.
Vega doesn’t get any costumes so that statement won’t convince them.

Now that I think about it, Vega has a pretty poor costume set. Think only Birdie’s are worse.

I think Necalli’s pro tour costume is the best.
Birdie is horrible and Guile is another army costume, yay.
Tbh imma just win the next pro tour so we can get something good.
That should be a motivator for everyone interested in Capcom Cup. Not to be seen as best in the world or so nonsense like that. Win so you can get that one extra costume your character needs.
