How about RashidO0o?

Playing poison and anime games doesnt mean you understand whats going on. Just making that Poison comparison shows you don’t know whats going on. Its like if i said i understand playing grapplers because i played fei and yang.

Truthfully I’ve never read your explanation of why you don’t like sf fireballs but I’m certain it must be profound reasoning.

“you confused a fireball counter with a neutral situation”

yikes is anyone else a lil more retarded for reading that?

So is there no way to buy the Christmas stage anymore? Didn’t see it in the in-game store.

Poison was essentialy a better Ryu with a Rekka.
She could outzone a wide varierty of characters and had solid pressure on top of it.
She was also one of Guiles worst MU’s.

Not aknowledging Poison as what she was shows truly how you have no clue about any character outside of your comfort zone.

Also Anime is real mans zoning. You don’t have to deal with fullscreen overheads and lows you can confirm out of in SF.

I know you can’t understand this.
It’s to complexe to figure out the difference between:
“I throw a fireball and now deal with the counter!”
and
“I didn’t throw a fireball and beat the counter I baited!”

The entire point was about the moves that counter fireballs.
Not someone baiting the moves to punish them without Plasma on the field!

fireballs are used entirely within neutral you absolute fuckwit lmao, unless you’re Guile…or Akuma with VT1 :^)

but “fireball game”? entirely applied within neutral, moron.

That was not the point you idiot!

The point was whats on screen and whats used to counter it!

And not that that what was supposed to get counterd, wasn’t even on the screen to begin with!

I don’t care what your point was, you wrote something completely wrong. If whatever your point is, is being backed by information that is completely off - it’s probably a bad point being made.

Hey all, I’m trying my hand at doing my own podcasts, and decided to do a Mortal Kombat focussed one (as it really is my favourite fighting game series). I know a lot of you aren’t fans, but if you’re interested, please give it a listen and let me know how I can improve.

I got some feedback on Twitter that I sounded “extremely bored and unfocused”. I have some theories why it sounded like that and I’m going to work on doing a better job for the second episode.

Yes and Highland made a 3 point reply about something completly unrelevant to me, just to say SFVs Neutral is shit.

I rephrase this.

Highland isn’t necessarily objectively wrong in his post, you are. Key difference.

“Fireball situations” and “fireball counters” all take place within neutral, just letting you know what you wrote was wrong, maybe you can make a better point with that knowledge?

Chris Ts best rant are when Gief players beat him those were the best.

I rephrased it.

The point was, what moves are used to counter the Plasma on Screen.

Highlands replys was literally, that he baited counter moves with feints in SFIV and in SFV he gets Ungad in the Face.
What wasn’t the point.

Cool, if you rephrased it all is good. Just don’t be writing shit that’s outright false when trying to create a valid argument. You can see how that delegitimises your argument. Because it’s being built upon false points.

Have a nice day.

I didn’t listen to it long enough to tell if you were unfocused, but some people just innately sound more “bored” than other people. If more people knew who you were then sounding boring is not a problem. It’s more of an issue when people don’t know who you are because they can’t really relate to you unless you give them some color or bring up some funny shit. If you can’t see the person’s face it’s hard if you don’t know them personally to stay involved.

You’ll either have to color yourself up or go to Tube videos until you get more of a following. Helps to have someone else on the podcast back you up that is more colorful also.

At least they say you sound bored and unfocused.
First thing people do, when they hear my voice is asking my age, since I sound apparently like an old man.

wait who has a fullscreen overhead in SF?

I think you read that backwards

You don’t have to deal with stuff like that in SF but you do in Anime so it’s real man zoning

real man zoning hours where fireballs let you dash in at like +200 and your overhead goes into 50% and is also + and your oki is a fireball that covers the entire screen and is also +1000

zoning makes me so fucking hard FUCK YEAH DUDE THROW ME THAT SUPER DASH REAL QUICK WOO
