It’s still basically useless. It’s only a move that you want to be using from max range, and from max range you don’t get a conversion. Still -4 on block iirc so you won’t use it from close. And it’s hard to space to where you won’t get punished on block.
On CH there is better stuff to go for from a blocked reversal.
It might have some new combo utility but outside of that it looks pretty meh.
This evil ryu character looks pretty damn good.
His cr.mk xx fireball connects from like 98% max range and ALWAYS confirms into v trigger xx combo into a quick rise only KD.
Big buff for Falke’s luftjagde (divekick), can be controlled on hit or block. And can also be cancelled.

Guile’s sonic boom is two frames slower startup now, and light version moves faster across the screen. Wonder if he can keep up with sagat’s tiger shot. Sobat kick has more recovery, slower startup and bigger hurtbox on landing. Overall guile is nerfed.

Necalli has been dead since he showed up and jobbed in Story Mode. Even CW Superman hasn’t been treated that bad.

You hit confirm into hp dp then cancel into vt2, won’t work max range but any other range it connects. Just takes time to get used to the spacing, but it’s worth it.
So maybe a dumb question but how do you create a dojo?
