Doesn’t seem like you can log in the server right now.
Whatever the context of the release of Kage, he’s dumb and I don’t want him. If he’s free, if he’s a bonus, whatever, it’s still annoying and resources that could be better spent elsewhere.

Kage most likely won’t suck though.
Let’s look at the facts:
1- Character Select Screen makes some characters look off.
2- Capcom goes the extra mile to animated and present their Edgelord characters in a cool way. Kage is going to be a treat for the eyes.
3- Quite possibly a freebie and that his release is not an accident.
4- Great theme.
5- A lot of people actually like Evil Ryu.
I mean for fuck sake at least used a better design. I used to hate on SF4 e.ryu design but this makes that one look actually quite nice

Irrelevant. Capcom has to appease the masses on one end so they can get away with the more niche stuff on the other end. They are business. Evil Ryu can be a smart business move if done correctly. Certainly not a waste of resources when seen from this perspective.
