No, there’s no excuse for Cammy’s air throw and season 3 in general, but SFV’s graphics is good enough.
He can deal with 3 frame buttons. People just want him to deal with it like Cammy and other characters do. Problem wtih doing that is that it would turn him into a dumb ass character.

Season 3 in general doesn’t have bad animation. Sakura is pretty nasty and Falke has her issues, but the rest is at least alright.
