Also I think if Elena did make it into SFV, she would just be another variation of Karin…meaning the footsies character but Elena would probably get her super fast EX overhead again
Capcom would NOT give her healing I bet that much…but truth be told she isn’t even on a rumor list…SF4 killed her popularity. It’s sad too her and Rolento are very interesting SF characters

Fridays started as casuals and then were turned into ranbat night. Since we have more monitors now, anime peeps are showing up a lot more. Being able to play the whole time is a lot better than playing for an hour, waiting for the tournament to be over, and then playing afterwards.
Anime is kind of a clusterfuck though. You have people who play GG, some BB and DBF. For whatever reason though, I can’t get them to show up at the same time for a tournament. DBF should have the biggest number of people but a schedule tournament for it had 4 people show up.
There are some issues with that but the TL;DR of it is: Fuck Smash players.
Like, I’m not even kidding about that TL;DR.

Anime is historically known for not showing up. Dudes couldn’t be bothered to show up for top 8 at Evo back in the day lol.

Like I think it’s the only community where players are whining that they don’t have a free pass through pools because they’re “too good to bother with it” (or whatever the exact reasoning was). Among other things.

Good on Shakz for representing. Taking Laura all the way to top 8 ain’t easy. The rest of the top 8 looks a little ugly for him but he has a pretty good Cammy too so maybe between the two he can make it happen.

Everybody’s talking about Cammy, but I didn’t fight one for 2 weeks. Guile and Akuma instead… Fighting these two continuously become really annoying, I understand why they didn’t get shafted by Capcom, but Season 4 is really too far away from now.

This is true. I fight Akuma way more often then Cammy and same goes for Guile.Cammy is close behind not gonna lie though…
I dont have problems fighting any of the top tiers so I’m good. The only characters I dont like fighting are all mid tier so usually dont see them much.
You better keep your Falke ready then, Xian and Fujimura aren’t exactly the best spot for Ibuki, robbery all over the place. Papa Capcom wants honesty, you know it, I know it.
Ninjas rob by nature. They will always rob. You can’t take robbery away from them.
Falke should be in a good spot by S4. Either decent counter pick tier or maybe up there with Guile and Menat if they give her an overhead or command grab.
