You guys will never guess who the new DLC characters are for DBFZ, never in a million years.
I see people defending Base Goku and Base Vegeta saying that it’s no different than how Street Fighter has Ryu, Ken, Akuma and Sakura in the same game. It’s crazy.
Sadly it’s still better than forcing in every form of every character. Which is normal to be in the roster for other DBZ fighters
I always knew the base versions were coming, but I thought they would be freebie throw-aways, not main line DLC.
I’m sure Arksys felt they put enough of a spin on them to make them purchasable. Plus base goku vegeta is the essence of a lot of people’s childhood
Plus now you can have a full team of Vegeta and two sets of team Goku(if you count Bardock as another Goku).
Yeah, having the main character/villain be DLC is kinda crazy to me
Game needs Roshi,Tao Pai Pai, Caulifla,Chi Chi,Cooler.
How sick would be Roshi having evil containment wave locking a character so that the oponent can’t switch until that character is the last one alive.

Yeah, I wanted Roshi too. The DBZ fan in me doesn’t mind the base versions, but the FG player in me wants a little more variety.

While DB GT had flaws they did transformations quite good. SSJ4 looks awesome.

Hopefully with most of the dlc being based off models already in dbfz, besides broly and the rumored cooler, they might have gotten a good start on brand new characters for “season 2”
So we had 3 set ups for tekken 7, 3 set ups for SF5, snd 2 extra monitors for anime people to be able to play on while ranbats were happening.
Attendance per game is 12 to 16 for both SF5 and T7 on a weekly basis.
This local scene growing steadily. If we could get some of the duckers to sbow up consistently, wr could have 20 man weekly tournaments in a sort of no name city in Texas.
Its nice seeing something grow. SF5 may be ass, but our city’s scene has never had it this good.
DBGT was trash, the look of the supposed SSJ4* was the only good thing from it.
*Supposed because in reality wasn’t a real Super Saiyan transformation, but an Oozaru evolution.
You get enough turnout for anime or is it mainly SF and Tekken?
A wasted character is Raditz imo. The brother of Goku wasted to make room for Vegeta and Nappa was a huge let down.
If there’s one saiyan I would like to see in Dbfz is him.
I want his super to be keep your eye on the birdie.
