SFV Lounge: It was coming and it CAME HOME. Ono is your Evo 2018 Chamion

Yep, can’t argue with that. I was utterly destroyed there. I’ll take the deserved L.

How is it lazy? I get that you don’t care for how SFV puts out characters but c’mon man the inverse of this would lead most people to scream “PAY2WIN” if he came out with straight up dumb shit.

Uh what? Where did I ever say I had a problem with how SFV puts out characters? Don’t put words in my mouth. I said that just simply saying “Well he’s viable” and nothing else is a lazy way of thinking. Unless a character is so immensely terribly garbage that it’s actually insulting to use him, ANY character can be “viable” with enough dedication. It’s not any different than saying the character exists.

Yeah the opposite problem is everyone is NRS retardo out the gate and then twitter drama over people cant make a living because they have to play one overpowered DLC that they dont have time to lab or RIP.

@Frost You can play AC now.

Steam:

A matchmaking filter has been added. Users will now be able to select the minimum connection strength for opponents to match up with online
A fix for direct input controllers where some users were unable to use diagonal movements
Akuma is no longer playable in Ranked Mode for Super Street Fighter II Turbo
Street Fighter III: New Generation and Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact - Giant Attack now output sound in stereo

Well, no doubt Cody gets a different treatment for sure. It’s hard to look at him from a low tier character user standpoint and don’t be mad at Capcom. Ed, Zeku, Blanks, Sakura and Falke looked less viable straight out of the box. I don’t even mention Fang or Vega.

Yes…yes…I agree with Jin…but Cody still sucks and needs more buffs

Juri too
and Karin needs a command grab + more health please.

Froztey > Frost. Froztey never slept.

Good stuff.

Rell Shyt

Cody’s VT2 is far better than either of her V-Triggers. She actually loses pressure potential doing VT2.

And I already admitted I was 100% wrong about my entire line of reasoning.

1, That’s my bad I shouldn’t have went there. There’s a negative narrative people seem to parrot and I automatically assume that’s how most people feel when they list off all the characters that debut.

  1. I’m a scrub man but what else is there to say? I he’s not super top tier out the gate then people having to put in work with the character to get results makes sense. I mean Infiltration said Akuma was trash when he came out and now look at him. Like how is saying a character is viable being lazy about it?

  2. So again I ask what more would you say.

Character drops
Isn’t super top but isn’t Alex
Aye fam whats the consensus?
He’s aight I guess… like he’s got issues but hes viable if you put in the work.
(You) Well that’s just lazy

lol

edit: I had this post saved cuz my ass was at work but I’m leaving it LMAO!!!

We all should be focused on what really matters about Cody, okay. :stuck_out_tongue:

He’s the mayor. Requires a big package to maintain order.

A nice, big and powerful package indeed.
Much needed to keep order and stuff.

V-Trigger 2 makes a lot of sense now.
If you catch my drift.

By which I mean my boi be packing MAD SCHLONG UP IN THIS OFFICE.

He’s got big boy pants on now. Which granted him a bigger package.

Falke’s stick >>> Cody’s stick.

Yet another reason why Falke beats Cody 7-3.

I’m obviously talking about Cody’s V-Trigger 2 compared to Falke’s pokes with her staff, you pervs.
