That’s how general knowledge works. You get a broad education and then you specialize. That means you can scaffold the new knowledge you’ll acquire next on top of the one you already acquired. Since we don’t know what you’re going to do with life, you get a general education training to use for random things.
Take a step back and consider how you’re arguing against yourself in most of this.

I’d get all As, but it always felt like I was learning how to take tests, not how to apply any of what I was learning to the real world. Memorize for a test and then forget the stuff the week after, moving on to whatever the next thing was.
The only one that felt like it’d be relevant was math stuff 'cause I’d program stuff for fun in my spare time…and writing for a while 'cause I thought that was what I was gonna be doing, like my dad did. As you can tell by how I write here, I gave up on that rather quickly
Granted, a lot of that is probably just on me, was rather stupid then and still am now~
Funnily enough in Italy public schools are the only chance you have at a good education, private grade schools are used as means to do 2 in 1 years if you failed a year or for people that just wanna pass without studying.
To me this seems like another problem 'murica has because the correct way of doing things is “socialist” much like the problems with Healthcare.

The question was rhetorical. Almost nobody needs to know how to fucking weld. Sure it would be nice if everyone could but this is real life where time and money is limited.
Public school should be for basic, widely applicable knowledge. You should leave high school with the tools to be a functional (if low earning) member of society. Again teaching mid level math theorems to people who struggle with basic math is hustling backwards.

Well, the feds have mandated that you need to pass an annual math and reading test with at least decent marks or else you’ll pay. And by that, they usually mean the school pays by losing funding or lowering standards so they can not do that. By 2014 we were supposed to have “universal proficiency,” remember.
There was also no one gold standard until like 2010, at which point a few dipshit states (mine included) decided they didn’t want gov’t overreach in the classroom, so we now have the failsons and daughters of billionaires, whose only qualification is that they have money, writing out standards and policy.
No one is interested in your education, at least the folks that actually matter

Around 26.4K. I was at 27 but my computer blew up like 5 times which = drop and lost about 300 points doing that then just played real scrubby in certain matches which brought me back way down.
Now I’m doing a more measured approach and taking a lot of notes on characters and the way people are playing. Back to getting some win streaks and with enough play should be there soon enough.
I don’t really use Discord much so I’ll just talk to him nice and cool over PSN one to one if need be. He’s probably in Master hell because he signed offline the INSTANT he beat me and got to master LOL.
