SFV Lounge: Cammy at the Falken bottom, Makoto is in final phases, Leo Alex is broken

Even if it were grounded it would be sketchy.

It’s main use now is to catch up back when someone is blocking a beam full screen.

Her sM is still an amazing ground control move, and in the air she gets a confirm off a max range jM (jM>jH>j2H) which most characters don’t get very easily.

My main complaint is more that super dash is super derp and will blow things up seemingly at random.

Doesn’t jH smack people too far away to do anything midscreen or am I doing something wrong

jH>j2H should combo midscreen most of the time. Just like in her BnB. Her j2H is massive.

Not sure what is happening for you.

There is a beat em up spinoff of the game called Martial Masters New Legend and it looks fantastic too.

Damn why aren’t all the these games released on steam/psn/Xbox/switch.

This is. Even just jH > j2H never seems to work midscreen in the air

They should have used this:

Yeah… I don’t get it, that totally works (unless I’m having some kind of brain fart).

I will try and make a clip for you when I get home. Maybe when I get my hands on the stick it will come back to me. I could be forgetting some nuance on the spot here.

When I played DBFZ A21 was my main and point character, j.H used to combo into j.2H only in the corner. You’re gonna have to show me this work midscreen because I tried.

Like I said, I could be mixing up something in my head. I will report back when I get a chance to confirm.

Like i said, made by a chinese dev. Also that beat’em up uses Twelve as a mob enemy.

Defo chinese IP theft. Not gonna lie though, if i won the lottery I’d look intk buying the IP and making a new one. I bet those animations would look ridic in 2.5D. Give them game that XRD treatment.

Karin’s second VS should be ONE rep of a Rekka that’s plus on block if spaced properly and can combo from lights. Edit: Wait a minute…

Juri should get a dive kick that can be TK’d.

Ryu should get a new move entirely jesus christ someone call Oro and train this bastard.

In 3rd Strike it was character specific who could get crossed up in corner. Like Remy could get crossed up in the corner, but Q could not. Part of why Q players played so lame was if they got their life lead and taunts up they can could just sit in the corner and wall you out.

SFIV started the everybody can cross up in corner thing. It WAS a problem for me in Vanilla, but by Super to AE it’s like whatever it’s in the game. The best is the stuff like Fei Long and Ken who have j.MP/j.HP buttons that cross up but stay in front of the opponent. That shit was hella funk.

I feel like I’m getting worned out already of DBFZ… literally everything is just so samey.

When is MvC2 re-re-release?

From what I remember, you could cross up in the corner in KOF even since KOF94. It was a non-issue.

This game is so crazy but the animations are hella cool. Gonna need ot find that rom. Hard as hell to get too. :sob:

Do you play it or just watch it? I can’t watch it because it’s the first VS game I’ve played where every team seems to fight too similarly and there just isn’t enough assist variety/strength for me to care. The game reminds me more of KOF 11 than a VS game really. Lots of switching out characters and people running into each other with combos that switch into other characters.

If I can’t watch a game then playing it is obviously not going to work either.

We disagree on a lot of shit, but you like Antman you’re cool in my book.

Moar really old man from 90s playing VF2. Used to play the shit out of this in middle school on the Saturn. Played it at the arcades maybe 3 or 4 times also.

He has 500 more people watching him LIVE than than live stream going on right now for VF5 FS. Guy must be that legend if he can make that many people watch VF2. Game is very fast paced for an old 3d fighter.

Sagat vs low tiers.

As of late in KoF not many characters can cross up in the corner.
Iori can.
