At 3:05, the boxer wakes up and does an EX special move, absorbs some damage (like FA) and hits the opponent. Do some EX moves absorb damage?
The only EX moves that absorb damage, from what I’ve seen, are the ones that give you ‘super armor’-ish state when performing them.
There’s no “ish” about it. Some EX moves have super armor. Rog’s EX dash punches are some of them.

If it were to be an ex dash punch, shouldn’t the meter have gone down a bar? Cole said it was a focus attack cancel that buffered a super or something along those lines.

Wow good work, especially on the player stats. there are only 5 master Dhalsims in the world? I wonder who are they. This also gives us people who haven’t played the game, but are trying their best to follow the SFIV tourney scene a good idea of who are the top players. I wonder who are the 3 Sagat Grand Masters in the world. I’m sure Ojisan is one of them
