You can just block it. It sucks you closer to him, which gives you plenty of opportunity to duke him out for missing.
I think I’ve seen people jump over it, too. It probably has a hitbox like Ryu’s Ultra, just goes faster.
Actually, it has a hitbox kinda like ryu’s shinkuu hadouken in MvC2. Which means it hits all the way across the screen. It has 1 frame of startup too. You can jump over it sometimes. If you’re a couple frames(5-10) frames in your jump, you will clear it. It will grab you out of the startup of your jump however.

are the nicovideos not working for anyone else either when they use the nicovideo redirector?? i’m using firefox, and i have the latest flash, when the window first opens the video is in the box, it’s just when i press play, the whole box turns white and disappears… if i right click i still get flash options… just no video or play buttons or anything
and to answer your question, i could never figure out how to fullscreen the nico vids… but there is an option to change to a bigger resolution

just tried with IE, still no luck, maybe it doesnt work if you have the new flash player…

If i knew how to download videos from nicovideo, I’d youtube them, nicovideo works but it’s hella slow. Keeps buffering every 10 seconds which is odd because it usually doesn’t do this. Oh well. Hopefully forgenjuro or someone else uploads these elsewhere.
yea, same thing. Buffers every 10 sec or so, it’s as if i’m on 56k.
