That was totally a reversal ex dash punch cancel into ultra. I don’t think you can FA xx ultra through stuff, rather you can kara cancel ex into ultra.

Couldn’t have been a ex dash punch. First of all, it didn’t use any super bar. Secondly, the flash occurred right after the armor effect happened. There was no special move there. Unles you can kara cancel an ex move into an ultra without using any meter?
