Mostly because Joe’s viper was on point, the combo came way late and Joe didn’t lose his composure. You see so many Rufus’ throwing out that retarded EX Messiah Kick that goes through everything and Viper just throws one right back in his face. Joe was actually the first person I’ve seen using her EX Flame Kick and it showed awesomeness D= not to take away from the Rufus player though, they were both really good.

P.S. - Joe’s Viper in that Game-Sakura tournament is godlike. He didn’t win only because her defense sucks (he gotta change up his gameplan and not play so risky). Otherwise I think he would have destroyed that sim player
