I think whiffing normals is not the answer, but I do think the meter builds too slowly. Allowing more meter from a special (or maybe gaining more meter for blocked normals) or something would help.
This wouldn’t be AS needed, in my opinion, if ultras were more useful for more of the cast. It still seems bad to me that some characters can combo into their ultra off numerous setups, while some are impractical to use in almost every possible situation (and then whiffing it leaves you even more open). If they’re going to give some of the cast FADC moves into ultra, give it to all the cast, then.

Gamechariot, along with a-cho and other arcade pages demand to never link into the vids page, but the main page instead. I think it’s a really small demand in order to have acces to all those awesome matches. We should at least give them that.
I don’t really care about duplicates or you being faster uploading vids.
The only reason I upload to youtube is to keep an organized database of SFIV vids, which is really helpful (for me as well as for anyone interested on it) when it comes to work on matchups or watch high level play of certain characters looking for tricks or setups.
So, sigh as much as you want pal. =)
