Abel and Juri (and sadly probably Rufus too) for SF4
Twins, Makoto/Dudley or hopefully Alex/someone else for SF3
Rose/Sakura, or hopefully Rolento/Birdie for Alpha
Random fuckers for lulz, like Poison, or Effie, or…the fat Kid from the Overpass >.>"

its more trolling by Ono, I mean how can anybody take anything he says seriously. He has been very economical with the truth up to now all to hype shit up. Im sure he told you this to hype you up to the point where you would buy the game regardless if Vega is in the game.

Was pondering on it, I would actually love to play Vega and Lili in tag. Their combos would look so fricken flashy. Plus Lili is my alt so I can use her to a degree already.

What a disappointing list if this is true…
Absolutely would be the worst line up possible.
I really find Abel so boring so Im hoping that Alex gets in to make up for that. I think Alex would make some really fun fights against King for sure. Out of that list that has no evidence, I do hope to see Miguel and Brian Fury in the SFxT version. Miguel walking the length of the screen for his 100% damage knockout taunt punch which youd never land 
That would be awesome. Brian Fury has a shotgun too so he could be a projectile character potentially. The game also NEEDS a full on sumo battle with Ganryu and E.Honda but Honda isnt on that list. I really dont think that list is right.
I think Raven and Vega need to also be in the same game because Id love to see them face off with their crazy flying moves. But I do think it would be a combination that would work better in SFxT.
Theres so many possible choices for them to put in the game Im trying not to get my hopes up too much about any in particular but its pretty hard not too haha. I dont want to make myself dissappointed with the game because it might not fill my expectations. So dont expect anything but hope for something.

It’s not even really that it’s the worst lineup for me so much since there are some characters there I wanted to see. It’s that there are so many dream matches that I don’t understand why they would throw all those possibilities away and bury the fans hopes.
For instance:
Zangief VS Kuma
Balrog/Dudley VS Steve Fox
Fei long VS Forest Law
Juri VS Hwoarang
Elena VS Christie
Vega VS Raven
Rufus VS Bob
Fuerte VS King
Karin VS Lili
I could go on. It seems like such a great opportunity wasted so far. Not saying the game can’t be fun without these but it would definitely be great to see the Street Fighters or Tekken characters challenged by someone who uses the same style as them for a change.
Yeh you could go on for ages. Heres a few thoughts on those match ups and character selections if youre interested.
Kuma would be cool but theres also the Gief vs Marduk fight so I think they have that aspect sorted. I think Id face off Hakan vs Kuima anyway just for the laughs.
The lack of boxer fight is another reason I dont think that list is right. Id love for it to be Dudley but Balrogs been around longer and Im unsure how he would work in TxSF so I think the game styles would probably put Balrog in SFxT and Dudley in TxSF.
Fei Long vs Law, Bruce Lee vs Bruce Lee. Seems like such an obvious one they surely have to put that match up in one of the games although you could also roll with a less obvious Bruce Lee vs Jackie Chan sort of fight with Fei and Lei.
Juri vs Hwoarang another clear one for fighting styles without a doubt. I just hope if they ever crack out Juri again (shes a bit of an ignored character so might just sink away) then I hope that Alt 3 becomes her main costume. Her current original is disgusting. Her style would work well in a juggle fest though so she could work.
Elena vs Christie but dont forget Dee Jay and Eddy. Id prefer Elena but I think Eddy is more of a stand out classic than Christie.
Rufus vs Bob, I hate Rufus but its such an obvious match up I dont know how they couldnt possibly put it in.
Fuerte Vs King. I think Alex Vs King would be so much better. Also Tekken has a Luchadore wrestler now so Id match Fuerte with her.
Karin vs Lili a stand out fight I feel.
Another clear cut matchup would be Bruce Irvin vs Sagat/Adon.
Some people are just expecting all of the classic to be in SFxT ie the classic SF2 characters but I dont expect theyd want to blow their wad in the 1st cross over so I can imagine some people who could cross over well like Blanka may get kept in store for the 2nd cross over. Also theres some characters who Im not sure have glaringly obvious match ups but would fit well in SFxT anyway. Definitely Bryan Fury and his shotgun because Tekken should have some projectiles on the go in SFxT and also I think Miguel is so well suited to SFs style. I said not to expect anything but I think Id be dissappointed if they werent in the SFxT game because just for style I think theyd fit the gameplay so well.

And on the topic of Vega. I think Raven is his most clear match up, both have blades and flight moves. I also personally think that SFxT would fit that battle better than TxSF.
I didn’t think of some of those matchups lol, especially the Bruce Lee VS Jackie Chan scenario. I agree that having all the dream matches in one game would effect the hype for Namco’s game, but I’m really just hoping that if it’s this obvious for some fans to see some opportunities that Capcom also sees them.
Honestly Vega VS Raven is the match I’ve wanted to see for a while lol, and I think they could do some interesting things with him in SF style also.
