I think vega can work perfectly for Tekken. His main game in SF4 is just zoning with kicks and his cr. MK/MP.
His flipswould work like a footsie tool.
His back dash will be come side step.
His Juggle combos will be his old SF EX air grab. Also a launch–>jab–> piece of mercury (bounce)–>ST
He can have a wall dive jump forward like his old SF 2 incarnation, If he doesn’t reach a wall it’ll just be a flip to the other side (with reduced range of course)
His unblockable will be on the wall only and he’ll do a super version of EX SHC like SF EX
i have my doubts about vega being there… but it may be due to how negatively i feel Vega has been treated by capcom in the SF4 series

I would love to see Vega in the game, and I hope he’s in it. He would be very entertaining making fun of other characters for there flaws and lack of beauty. Plus in a game of tag teaming he would work well. A quick poke tagging into somone’s special move would be useful. If anything I can see him in the game as a heavy supporter for other characters. Like MVC 3 we’ll have to see what characters can make for the best tag in combo’s and I beleive the beauty of the Claw can do just that in a very elegant way.
This depresses me to no end. There goes another fighting game I want to play but won’t buy or even try to get good at when I do. 
Hope they pull an “AE” and release a second edition of SF X Tekken. If Vega becomes DLC, I would be willing to buy him and the game instantly.
