Out of all the popular characters in both series, assuming there is a 50/50 split between the amount of Tekken characters and SF characters, I can definitely name 12 characters from the whole Street Fighter series that eclipse Vega in terms of popularity.
I don’t see why he wouldn’t be in Capcom’s version, I mean Vega is one of the originals from SF2.

I’m actually looking forward to it. It’ll be a relief to chain combos in SF instead of practicing 1-frame links for hours in training mode.
As for MvC3, wouldn’t cop that if it were the last game in stores. And people crying for SF vs MK need to realize that it’s a horrible idea. We’ll see how MK9 turns out, but until then, MK doesn’t deserve any VS. games imo.

I’d say shadaloo in general has a big chance in being in both games considering its only SF not all Capcom characters, in the namco version they can make his walldive moves only possible when you’re near a wall or some shit like that, it wont matter anyway coz they’ll probably give him a moveset thats like Voldo (considering the claw and all) and will rape in close range.
They didnt even put Ken in TvC. I really like Vega a lot, but I dont see them including him. Now that I think about it, Vega has been absent from quite a few Capcom crossovers.
This isn’t a ‘Capcom’ crossover…it’s a ‘SF’ crossover. That’s the key. Vega will be there, as well as the rest of shadaloo.
How’s it a given that all of Shadaloo will be included?
I’m thinking Bison and Seth for sure. Seth gets shitted on in Super, maybe he’ll get a little more run in a crossover.

That may be but the game looks very SFIV-ish, just saying since he’s the boss. I don’t think him being new should hurt his chances too much.
I can see how they can add Vega based on the mechanics and gameplay this game is meant for tag, but I really have doubts they’ll even consider them and get lazy. Don’t know why, but that is just the reason why I have my doubts about Vega being in this game. I mean maybe there can be a follow up after his df+hk > ST and his follow up can be an FBA if the character pops the opponent in mid air. Only ones I can think of for now, still trying to look more into this game…

all of the twelve should actually be in the game naturally… they only have to decide wich characters from a game different then sf2:world warrior, make the cut imo.
