Avengers/Invaders is the WW2 heroes Captain America, Sub-Mariner and the OG Human Torch and so on time traveling to our time and seeing how messed up everything is. Cap’s dead, Human Torch was… Vision’s body at one point, Namor’s a whiney bitch, etc. Whoa things sure have changed, they are in for quite a shock. 
Not sure if that has anything to with the Skrulls though.
OK about MA 12…in the last page spread…why is the big Inhumans’ bulldog circled?

…seriously though, I think blue means definitely not a skrull and red is suspicious.

I’m telling you this now; the Spidey that made a deal with Mephisto is the real deal; NOT A SKRULL.
He COULD have only been replaced after the deal but I doubt before.

Question is when was she replaced? Now after reading Mighty Avengers 12 last week, I figure the Spiderwoman that Fury was talking to was the real deal considering that conversation took place prior to the New Avengers Forming since Fury wanted to her to be a triple agent. I can only figure the Skrull queen infiltrated somehow after Civil War. If you think back to during Civil War Spiderwoman got recaptured by Hydra and blew up there compound. Thing is we don’t know what happened after that. She could’ve easily went underground like Nick Fury. Then BAM perfect opportunity for the Skrull to slip in and reconcile with Iron Man and be by his side.
