WHEN THE FUCK DOES MIGHTY AND NEW AVENGERS COME OUT ALREADY?!
The last two weeks of April.
So i’m reading Joe Q’s Fridays on Myspace and he mentions vaguely that Beta Ray Bill MIGHT make his comeback during Secret Invasion.
Not getting my hopes up but hopefully his return will be good and we can see a continuance of Omega Flight.
So is this worth buying? I haven’t checked it out yet.
So far I’ll say sure, nothing to Shaq your pants over but still I enjoyed it 
i thought it was garbage… seriously. if my friend gave me a copy i’d probably take it as a joke.
I really don’t think it will be a very good series, but the cover of issue 4 makes me want to read up. I really liked the Young Avengers and I’m happy that they’ll be back.
So today’s issue of Captain Marvel #5 hit and man what an ending

[details=Spoiler]Captain Marvel finally returns “home” and all mysteries are revealed. It turns out Mar-Vell is not really Mar-Vell. He is a skrull who was designed to be a near-perfect replica of Mar-Vell, right down to his stolen memories. The painting of Alexander was supposed to be a trigger to cause his skrully memories to return, but since he was awake when they gave him the last dose of memory ray-gun thing, it didn’t work out.
After figuring this out, Mar-vell still doesn’t go back to his skrully ways, in fact he proceeds to go on a skrull-killing rampage. He is now resolved that regardless of what his body is, his memories and soul are that of Captain Marvel, and he will do as Captain Marvel should do and defend his adopted home, the Earth.
So, it seems like a bit of a compromise between the “Mar-Vell is a skrull!” and “Keep Mar-Vell around!” camps. I’m a bit conflicted on the resolution. I wanted him to be the real Captain Marvel, but I suppose this is mostly just as good. He’s essentially a clone with all of Mar-Vell’s memories made by the skrulls.[/details]

Well the last two pages have something to with it as it alludes to Secret Invasion. Basically the Gods and Eternal have a meeting regarding the fact that the skrulls have invaded and that if human kind fails they will fail too. Hercules sister proceeds to take a decapitated Skrull head out of her bag and shows that the invasion has started
After reading the issue, i gotta say the Gods aren’t playing around.
Read some of the July solicitations and it seems the New Avengers issue may have the return of Beta Ray Bill and U.S. Agent. Hopefully Omega Flight too.
