Good games tonight Fox and DLJ. I won’t sleep though until I find a way to counter that DF+D Fox…and to counter your damn tick throws DLJ (maybe Spin will teach me some stuff for “Big Bird”). Also, lots of fun taping matches and stuff.
Hmmm, good stuff. I might be in town during that tourney on the 4th. Anyways, how many people do you all expect to enter for marvel? 10 - 15? If so, I will probably go.

There’s usually around 14 or 15 in the tourney. I don’t see how it would be any different this time. Beware of 2p side tough, it’s a little iffy.

DLJ- Ahhhhh don’t hate on Tizoc/Griffon Mask/Big Bird. I just love making those ridiculous bird noises when I hit you with the Big Fall. I’ll teach you some combos next time if the controls don’t suck ass.
Fox- I will play both, Sinister has taken me as his disciple. In exchange for his training, I will protect him from those girls that are always beating him up.
Sinister- Good games tonight. Cyclops may be a complete dork/asshole in the comics, but he’s great in MvC2! Who should I pick up first, Storm or Mags?
I might be around on Tuesday/Thursday after my classes, but I’ll definently be there on Friday ready to make combo vids.
Good shot busterwolf we need a good camera man around diversions :tup: , if i would you i would start off with storm first, i dont know why but she is more easier to play with then magneto. But still mag and storm are more of Fox’s characters since he plays with them badass :tup: . oh yeah i forgot about you DLJ your also badass with storm :wgrin: . i am more of a colossus user( :rock: ), also Sentinel. But wolf there the ones who have more tricks up thier sleeves. there are certain people that use certain characters that play badass. like fox and joe . about the lending the video recorder on saturday, i could film the matches if you want :pleased: (ill take care of it on that day, trust me) and hopefully Fox,joe,chris,myself could make combo videos or something after the tournament :pleased: , well it is going to be on free play the whole day. So why not right Fox and joe

The easiet teams to start out with would probably be Sent/Cable/Capcom or Storm/Cable/Capcom. Very solid teams, easy to learn (I’d say Storm is easier than Sent) and easy to rack up good damage. But hey it’s all you Buster. If any particular characters catch your attention I’m sure you could figure something out. Remember, it doesn’t HAVE to be top tier.
yeah joe is right about that wolf it doesnt have to be any character that catches your attention. but cyclops is a pretty good character :tup: . i still have to learn shit myself .
You know Rudy, if you want to learn anything about (almost) any character, just feel free to ask. Cyke is a very good character, just that most people around here use him wrong. Couldn’t really help with Colossus other than to say use his super aromor while calling an assist to cover.
Also everyone in San Antonio needs to remember a few things:
- DO NOT RANDOMLY TAG IN YOUR CHARACTERS.
- Don’t waste meters chipping with Storm.
- Snap people the fuck out.
- In this game, unless you’re Magneto on offence, random is BAD.
yeah your right about that chipping with storm’s hailstorm i should save my meters more(unless in desperate need)when any of the oppentents characters is about to die, but still, i should save it, i get very careless with my meters and assist.
