Stun scales kinda like damage does. Shou has pretty low stun (comparatively), especially when it’s just off a single hit (that isn’t the first one) you’ll be scaling it lower than without the Shou if the combo is of a medium to long length.
I’m thinking maximum number of LK Shunpuu loops with c.HP links ending with EX Shunpuu > Otoshi (Otoshi should do more stun than j.HK). There is a damage calculator around and I believe it has stun values as well
Thanx Sugami, I’ll give that a try today I thort that otoshi wud be better the just j.HK but wasnt sure about the shou.
codallenschmidt I was lookin’ for combos wiv only 1 or no ex meter, but thanks for the notation on that combo I shud try that too for fun but my fadc’s always whiff the link (so I shud really prac this combo for execution).
Freetgy thanx for the link but I dont have anything I can open it with :’( guess that just means more practice and find out for myself
Only works on Dhalsim, Abel and Balrog.
You can switch it for j.Roundhouse -> s.Forward xx short.Hurricane -> s.Fierce xx short.Hurricane -> s.Short/c.Fierce xx ex.Hurricane -> Otoshi. (works on everyone if i recall.)
I found this reset a few minutes ago and i decided to record and upload it

Well this reset is garbage because you waste 3 bars but its fun and i haven’t seen anyone using it , if anyone knew about it tell me and ill remove the video from youtube.
@eish - it actually doesnt work against gief cause his hit box in extremely gay. if u st mk to lk tatsu pushes him to far away for st hp to come out a the close version. another reason why i hate that matchup.
Here’s a fun and useful one on Dhalsim (maybe others as well haven’t tested):
j.hp/hk, cl.hp x lk tatsu, cr.hp x lk tatsu, cr.hp x mp sho x fadc, cl.hp x lk tatsu, cr.hp x lk tatsu, cr.hp x hp sho - 536dmg762stun
->
b+throw - 135dmg/140stun (671dmg/902stun)
->
Stuncombo J.hk, cl.hp x lk tatsu, cr.hp x hp sho - 462dmg
i have my own version of this reset where you dont cross up after the fadc and just stay under the opponent, wiggle your stick (no homo) so that your opponent doesn’t know where your going to punch him from and then you know the rest
by the way i don’t know if you guys knew this one but j.mk actually cross up if used in the corner the only problem is like the j.HP doesn’t always cross up
not bad. something that should keep them on their toes, but im honestly thinking about giving up on the resets. im going to see how it goes when i end my combos with hp shou. i wanna know how playing her will differ when i have ex meters for other things. i’ll probably do resets in the corner but thats about it. if it goes well i’ll stick with it but if it doesnt go well then back to the resets : P
Hmm… record the dummy to do that reset and see if you can jab your way out of it. Also try jumping out of it too, might not be able to get meaty on that reset
