Do it with HP. HP gives more horizontal distance than LP.

I’m too lazy to check through tons of pages and the main page, but I’m using Sagat really seriously now, from Ryu to Ken to now Sagat. The guy is extremely solid.
Can a Reversal Tiger Uppercut 100% hit Bison/Dictator Scissor Kicks?
I’m having a hard time vs good Bisons.
What is a good strategy to use against Bison?
Sagat has Kara specials (Shot, Knee and Uppercut), but no Kara throw.
I was wondering though, would FADCing a jab tiger shot set Sagat up for the same mindgames/mixup/stuffing strategy Guile does with the slow Sonic Boom? Would it be a viable oki option?
When he does the jump attack, block high and wait for him to come back down, when he does, do tiger uppercut.
If he stays on the ground and tries to combo his scissor kick, just block and hit him with tiger knee. A lot of Bison players won’t jump in regularly, so keep them at bay with low tiger shots, that also disrupts their scissor kick and slide moves.
High and low tiger shots will stop his psycho crusher garbage.
As far as I’ve experienced, yes. It’s 100%
I block when he does it, then immediately do the motion and it connects.
If I had a nuclear-equipped walking battle tank, could I beat Sagat?

I was testing this out in training mode. I believe it depends on the whether dictator throws a low, medium, or high scissors kick. You can reversal TU the high one. You can’t reverse the low one. I don’t quite remember the medium one.
ex: yes
2 hit HK: yes
very close mk: yes
1 hit hk, far away mk, or lk: no
Good Bison’s usually use LK Scissor Kick which is safe on block.
Whats the best way to play sagat?
i usually play him like sf2 O. sagat. i just play defensive and shoot tiger shots all day. if they suck they jump too much and i just TU or S.hk. gets people mad and i get a lot of hate mail. i suck with him though, i just like shooting fb’s
ok, i watched some mago vids, and i often see him going for meaty c.lk on opponent’s wakeup, which usually land or forces a block. when i try it, i get thrown. what’s the timing for this?
so i was fooling around in training mode and was able to combo jumping mp into ultra
has anyone been using this regularly with success ?
I am trying to main Sagat as well as Guile. I have Guile down somewhat and I’m very familiar with his basics. So now it’s time for me to learn Sagat. What combos should I use for my close game? After a landed focus 2-3? What about in the corner, any special combos? 
I love combos so if you know a sweet combo please fill me in so I can learn it.
Can anyone successfully kara tiger shot? If so what is the button command?
Every time I get that, it seems as though I double tap the buttons during the command. I’d like to get it down to the point where I won’t have to double tap for the kara tiger shot.
