Why? You don’t have to buy it? It’s not affecting the non-down loadable content. If you’re upset people have characters you don’t, then buy the characters. If you don’t want to pay, then don’t. Like Saitsu said waiting for price to go down is a meaningless gesture. What does that have to with DLC?

its not DLC period im against, its the way its implemented.
this isnt true DLC, this is basically an unlock thing (or so im assuming, seeing as theyre announcing DLC BEFORE THE GAME IS EVEN OUT). maybe youre cool with paying for content ON THE DISC YOU ALREADY PAID FOR, but there are alot of people who arent. this feels like a gimmick to milk more money when this game is going to sell amazingly anyways.

There is a serious lack of projectile style characters in the game thus far.
But… But it’s been implemented like that for all of these games! Look at SSF4, up until this last pack you were unlocking costumes that were on the disk. BBCT? They’re using unlock codes. I can understand why you’re upset, and I’m actually a lot more understanding of it now but in the end it still shouldn’t come as a shock as sad as that is.

yeah right im not that blinded by my anger to think a boycott would really work. and letting capcom know youre pset about it really wont help either. still, this “we cant change it, just give in” attitude is not something i support. ive stated i wont pay for DLC and i mean it. I wont support something i am staunchly against. if more people held the same attitude when this stuff first started we wouldnt be in the shithole situation we are now where the companies know sheep will still buy it regardless.
