im having trouble getting the timing for the cr.MK xx L Fuhajin (release) FADC Ultra 2 can someone offer suggestions?

Nah those combos don’t work but I really wish they did lmao. Make those possible in 2012 Capcom!

There’s no true reliable shortcut as far as I know, you just have to do it really fast and practice a lot. It’s one of Juri’s hardest tricks but really worth learning, especially in those matches where you have to play footsies.

Buffer the QCFowards during the dash.

Found a couple of new combos and ways to extend/improve existing BnB’s on the larger characters and a couple of the other cast. Ill record, upload and write a small description here on some of the stuff i have.

As i said above, extended fireball combos for the bigger characters of the cast:

Combo 1: Instead of going for cr.mk after the fireball to extend the combo (which whiffs on Abel), i use cr.mp, this tags Abel’s mid hitbox which is alot wider than his lower hitbox. Does more damage than using cr.mk too.

Works on Standing: Abel, Sagat, El Fuerte, Hakan, Zangief.
Works on Crouching: Bison(Dictator), T.Hawk, E Honda.

Combo 2: Abel specific hitconfirm, can be used to extend combo 1.

Combo 3: Just a combination of combo 1 and 2 (Abel Specific):

Combo 6: Standing/Crouching Sagat corner hit confirm (cr.hp forces stand)

Combo 7: Sagat Corner specific FSE hitconfirm (2 fireballs):

Cr.Hp xx Lk Fireball xx Cr.Hp xx Hk Fireball xx Ultra 1 > Far.mk xx Far.Hk xx Far.Hp xx Expinwheel xx Close.Hp xx Ex.mid fireball (1hit)

Combo 8: Crouching Honda’s fat hitbox allows for a cr.hp to link after a lk fireball.

Combo 9: Crouching Honda also nets you a one frame link into Ultra 2 midscreen.

Bonus Combo: Seth Meaty Counterhit Cr.mp xx Ultra 2. Cr.Mp hits on the last active frame (+7) on counterhit (7 + 3 = +10 == Ultra 2 startup).

Sick stuff man. My favorite one was at 0:42 sec. :slight_smile:

I’ve been messing around with mp and 2xstore in training mode and found a corner combos that I don’t think anyone has posted already. I’m fairly sure that it should work on everyone (might test it out on all the chars if I get time for if) but it only works if your opponent is standing as the M Fuhajin misses if they crouch :(.

You need to be close to your opponent to hit the 3rd Cr.Mp but it can be substituted by Cr.Mk for further reach but 5 less dmg.

Those combos are pretty common knowledge. You can make them stronger by starting with cr. HP instead.

Ah okay. Never though about using cr.Hp though silly me.

I think that should be cr.HP instead of cr.HK. Thanks everyone for contributing and to Jaguar131 for consolidating all the info.

try using double QCF for FADC instead of double forward then input LK+MK+HK for instant ultra, it works for me…

Hi guys, I’m trying to make a statistic regarding combos (all characters) and I need a little help. I need 2 combos per character:

  • Best BnB combo
  • Best punish combo
    You can use max 3 bars, but it must work midscreen, on at least half the cast, at least standing, and it should be practical. No jump in/counterhit/Ultra/Super. Thank you

BNB Meterless 204 Damage, 290 Stun: c.LK -> s.LP -> c.MP xx hk.Senpusha
3Bar Punish 362 Damage, 495 Stun: c.HP xx hk.Senpusha (2-hit) xx FADC -> s.MP xx ex.Senpusha

With Fireball
BNB Meterless 266 Damage, 340 Stun: s.MP xx Release -> c.MK xx hk.Senpusha
3Bar Punish 356 Damage, 540 Stun: c.HP xx Release xx FADC -> c.HP xx ex.Senpusha

ex.Senpusha over hk.Senpusha nets ~30 Damage and 20 Stun. Not really worth it but I don’t recall any other way to use 3 bars for a punish T_T

Thank you, eish. If you say is not worth using Ex Senpusha over regular one, then I take the combo with hk Senpusha. I want to make a list with practical combos, that are worth using in real matches.
This means, Juri’s best punish would be c.HP xx hk.Senpusha (2-hit) xx FADC -> s.MP xx ex.Senpusha = 332 dmg ?

334 Damage. That’s her most damaging single FADC combo I can find that you can punish a whiffed DP or something like that =\

I cant test at the moment and i suck at trying to do the math but what about cr.hp xx hk pinwheel (2 hit) fadc st.lp, cr.hp xx hk pinwheel?

Ahh, yeah that’s actually a better damaging combo =) 358 Damage / 558 Stun.
With 3 bars, you can get 382 Damage / 576 Stun (with ex.Senpusha instead of hk; but again, not worth it).

So I’ve been trying to do pinwheel FADC s.mp pinwheel, but am having trouble landing the s.mp after the FADC. How much practice does it take to do this and once you get it down is it easy? Is there a trick to it?

It’s fairly easy if you’re doing 1-hit Senpusha. It’s harder if you do 2-hit T_T The dash timing is the only hard part; feels like a 2-frame link but I’m just guessing here~
