was trying to find something similar for Halo cuz
I was tired of getting Pwned every 5 seconds.
Then I got a crazy idea I was like
we should make a really in depth guide and sell it.
Legend agreed and we produced the best damn guide for
H3 ever…
we sold probably 3,000 guides at 25 bucks a pop.
I have an internet marketing background and know
how to rank high in the google search engines which
was the key to our success.
Id you go type halo 3 tips in google you will find our site on
the 1st page!
The thing is kids want 2 get get good fast so myself included.
So I would like to make a site dedicated 2 sf4 stats tips combos
etc that sales a guide. The thing is I need a team of experts or

Are you talking about at the gamestop tournament man? If so, no I didn’t even enter round 1 (was my buddies wedding). If your talking about at any specific tournament, I don’t remember competing at all last sunday.
The last time I entered a tournament was last friday at Preppy’s where I took the lowest I’ve ever taken in any previous tournaments…7th out of 32 
Yeah, the gamestop tourney. I see, I see. Well I’ve followed your work for a long while now, and must say you’ve improved leaps and bounds since the first vids I caught you on youtube and here. And your videos are great!
Annotating Daigo and Poongko’s matches in the finals would be awesome too!
Also have you ever thought about using another character competitively?
good work. i just finished watching all three but i haven’t looked through all the comments yet. 
you forgot j.mp as an ultra starter ;). i also like doing midscreen combo into ex fireball fadc ultra. many people don’t like it cause of huge meter constraint, but no reason to NOT take ‘free’ 300+ damage midscreen based on meter you can easily get.
ex hurricane kick in the corner is a GREAT ultra setup. it will catch throw techs and certain lows, but it will get beat by certain wakeup attempts or trade so learn the movesets that the opponent likes to use. does more damage than ex fireball though
many pro ryus have started not even juggling with ex-fireballs after early/traded srks because meter for ryu is more important than damage. having 50% meter really opens up tons of options for ryu, and as you described in the videos, having a super meter will limit much of the footsie game for certain characters. learn to whiff specials when you can to get the extra meter you need… if you are already jumping back, why not also whiff a hurricane kick you know?
overall good starting tutorials for new ryu players. a great intermediate tutorial videos would be a list of commonly used special moves that you can reversal DP like balrog’s overhead or zangief’s greenhands.
knowledge is power, so let’s share that across 
Hey thanks a lot man, I’ve seen strong leaps as well in my journey to becoming a better player as well. All in all, I know I have a lot to improve on as well, such as strengthening up my fundamentals. I’m hoping that I can get there!
I actually do use 2 other characters a bit…Sagat and Akuma. Sagat I use against matchups that I don’t feel as comfortable with when using Ryu…matchups like Balrog or Zangief’s or Rufus’. With Akuma, I use mainly for fun, and hopefully I can get to a competitve level with him. All in all, none of those characters are on my Ryu level (as far as my knowledge is concerned, there’s not much I DON’T know with Ryu), however it has to do with comfort in matches.
Thanks LB for the knowledge…I guess i did forget his jumping strong into ultra. I’m probably going to go into ground game next video and focusing on normals to use, possible anti airs, as well as jumping normals…I’ll try to hit j.mp into ultra then.

since it kinda made it funny lol…but i really learned alot myself watching your tutorials and i feel like sf4 is the next really big game and possibly even game series…i know sf2 was huge when i was a kid and played it 24/7 until mortal kombat become the biggest game. i actually checked googles stats and sf4 was searched for 4,000,0000 times last month thats a big demmand…which means alot of kids want 2 get good and the chances of them stumbling on forums like this is small anyways so if were advertised well we could make alot of money…so anyways thats about it…let me know what you think.

YES!!! Please do the next one on ground game. That is my weakest area and I’ve been working on it for the past week trying to get better. I know your video would bring it all together for me.
if you gonna do more (or add to your next vid), you should also include popular option select/throw-tech bait strings like c.jab, c.fierce, or c.strong, c.jab and followups.
ground game vid might be hella character-specific but will help out everyone for sure.
j.strong as jumpins for anti-FA attempts = good tip too
Throws are good for that too, but yeah j. strong get’s a free combo.

Gotta question for you Mickey. In your last vid you said that after a blocked focus attack you pretty have 2 options; another srk or a throw. I’ve been doing a couple cr. lps after it. Is that a bad idea and why? Thanks.
