RE4 had it right…You backtracked into the village a few times but from different routes and as such the enemy layout and next route/destination was a new one keeping it familiar and fresh. RE4 was just too good! I could play that game anytime.

re4 needs a fucking sequel. Id love to play another one like that and not some mindless run n gun garbage like re6.

speaking of which I still need to play that HD version. I might have asked before but I will ask again, is re4 compatible with playstation move controller like the wii setup? no big deal but I really like the controls.

I dislike having to return to old areas after a long stretch. I’ve gone through all this shit in the garden house just so I can gain a key to open the last three locked doors in the mansion. That shit was annoying.

Do you get annoyed when you have to go to the same place twice irl?

Nothing is wrong with back tracking at all. Especially when the game takes place in one location I.E a mansion.

What happened is that a group of modders acquired one of the prototypes for 1.5 that was roughly 50% done and they’re finishing it. I believe it’s been confirmed they will release it as a Playstation ISO towards the end of this year.

Oh man…SH1 takes it to the extreme. I beat the game once and never bothered with it again. Got the worst ending too.

At times in the game it’s like they’re playing “guess which door is it”, and like, there are a 100 doors.
