The worst RE spinoff were the Gun Survivor games (of which they actually made 2 + an arcade game). Sorry Capcom, but regarding light-gun action, House of the Dead > RE. :nono:
Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles looks good.

Resident Evil 2 was and still is the best RE. I will never forget the first appearance of the Licker. I love the music in this game.
Here’s a question. Ok, RE3 is supposed to take place after RE2 time line wise correct? Boarded up police station, more destruction in the city, Marvin the black cop is dead, etc. So, how is it that Brad appears as a zombie in RE2, but in RE3 we see him alive? On top of that, Nemesis puts a hole right through his head. So even if he was dead in the right time, how would he come back as a zombie if his brain had already been destroyed?
Brad’s appearance in Resident Evil 2 was only a joke, a secret, it had nothing to do with the story. Capcom’s way of sticking it to him for being such a pussy. Then in part 3 he gets his face raped, Capcom’s Cold.
RE3 takes place both before and after 2. All the stuff with Jill running around the police station all they way up until Nemesis tags her and she’s out for a couple days is BEFORE Leon and Claire show up at the station, hence Brad still being alive(Nemesis tagging him was what turned him into the bonus zombie in 2).
RE2 is over by the time Carlos bails her out.
In completely unrelated news, I’m still in love with the chick that played Jill in the movie. Best. Cosplay. EVER.
If that stuff happens before they arrive, then why is the city even more destroyed and the police station is boarded up and in worse shape than in RE2? Not starting shit, just asking as that was one of the things that always confused me.

veronica was coo’ cuz it had wesker in it. that’s about it. the overall game play was preety low tier. between the obvious incest buttsecks’n and wesker there’s nothin scary about this game…other than Steve transformed and the cannonball-with-card-inside-slab-pwnage.
RE0 was alright. the graphics were great but it looked like Outbreak gameplay-wise. scare factor was coo’. that leech guy/all bosses were stupid. i understand the game was staged before re1 but come on. you fought insects more than you fought zombies.
the only reason why Outbreak is low tier is because of the load time. the load time was almost as bad as Vampire Hunter D on psx. that game had potential(Outbreak). i think it still does if they either rehash the game for ps3 or make a pt. 3…
i know that Dead Rising isnt exactly RE but it was a solid game from capcom and the last level was very intresting as in how many zombies could be crowded in one area/on screne. plus the stylish killings was coo’ too. the down side to it was the AI of the people you were tryin to save and it was still like a upgraded Outbreak game while still being just like Outbreak. but i will say that DR had the best opening scenes since Onimusha 3.
Outbreak IS the worst Resident Evil period. I swear it sucks and is not playable at all…

How could it come before 2 if the city is already destroyed? The police station in 2 looks fine still, in 3 it’s all boarded up and crumbling.

Not saying RE is a bad game though, I have fond memories of playing that game when I was young with my cousin. I never got to play 'cause I couldn’t read english, but it still scared the shit outta me…
