By the way, was anyone else absolutely shocked that Josh made it through the enitre game without being (1) dead or (2) working for Wesker?
Are you sure it was fully upgraded? Because once you’ve bought infinite ammo for a type of gun, any of that type of gun that you get will have infinite ammo whether they are all fully upgraded or not.
Remy Saotome, I don’t know how bored you usually are, but I would be honored if you would assist me in completing the game or some of it. I’m on like Chap 3-2, Veteran. It isn’t hard or anything but I haven’t played campaign since like 2 1/2 weeks ago. Maybe Co-op would make me want to go ahead and finish it now since I have online back. I noticed you’re on RE5 much of when I sign in so I figured I’d ask.

Hmmm, you know, now that you mention it, all I saw was the infinite symbol and quickly checked the stats (which are really tiny). I’m partially blind too so you never know with me.

Speaking of Ada, I know she’s kind of an exclusive character to Leon’s storyline, but since Ada’s clearly working for Wesker, i was hoping we’d see her again. I wonder why Capcom never even made any sort of mentioning of Ada in RE5?
Because Ada never actually really worked for Wesker? But yeah, I think Capcom just likes to tie in Ada to Leon.
Unless I’m missing a link somewhere, Ada’s been working for Wesker all along. She betrayed Leon in RE2, and she took the Plagas sample to Wesker at the end of RE4.
You are missing a link, she was never working for Wesker in the first place. The Plagas sample she took to Wesker was a fake.

well Ada was kinda done with her story mostly being wrapped up in separate ways. She left for whoever she was working for since she sent Wesker a “fake” Plagas sample so after that I assume she fled to avoid any issues with him.
the question there was Wesker was given a fake one…so how did he get a real one? or shall i assume whatever Wesker wants, Wesker gets. Ada basically played everyone for her own motives.
on Barry - meh didn’t care much for him…he was ok but well was only a secondary character…and due to this will only remain that.
Okay so all this time my confusion with why midnight wesker was so good boiled down to this: I thought the ‘cobra strike’ was his dash-forward move.

Yeah, it’s not like Capcom’s going to win any storyline awards anytime soon. RE4 definately intimated that Wesker recieved some sort of “fake” Plagas sample. But then again, if Wesker’s pulling the strings for the entire shabang since RE1, you have to assume that he can get a sample from someone, somewhere. (Buy, steal, extort, etc.) If Capcom would cease the whole “we only stick certain characters in a game if X character is in that game,” the whole thing would make much, much more sense. But that’s like saying if it wasn’t raining, it would be sry outside…
what are the requirements for A and S ranks for normal game(non mercenary) and what do I unlock by finishing every chapter with A and/or S rank? yeah I checked gamefaqs…no luck.
@ at these dumb “money making” videos on youtube. egg glich is like 900 times faster than any “playing to get money” kinda deal. I feel sorry for people playing through stages and collecting shit to unlock all weapons. especially the expensive-ass shop purchase only weapons.

Yes. I farmed Chapter 3-1 for awhile. 1 RPG and a ton of gold per run, and I dont have to fire a single bullet. Just open all the chests but dont open the ones with the slates or plates or w/e

ya that thing blows for attacking. it’s invincible at startup though. good way to get out of bad situations?
yeah I got a few then tried rotten egg glitch. its obviously easier/quicker. I bought+maxed out all weapons in like an hour.

Ctrl-F [RAN] to get some handy charts for each chapter. It also shows how your rank is calculated from your stats.
A rank on all chapters unlocks a BSAA Jill figurine, while S unlocks STARS Wesker.
