The segment on the elevator before fighting U-8, check the computer and it’ll explain why.
Taken from another forum about the partner’s AI:
Another thing that I just noticed in the guide (bought it after finishing the game to find the 30 BSAA emblems plus wanted the calendar ), is that it mentions that Sheva behaves according to how well you act towards her; there’s even an achievement/trophy of that. Make sure to thank her of after she heals you or gives you an item without asking her; and she’ll behave fine. Constantly harras her requesting items and telling her to hurry and she’ll give a fuck about you and stay with all the items and only heal you when you’re close to dying.
That could explain it. I always thank my partner, compliment head shots, etc. My AI partner, whether Sheva or Chris, always behaves.
I always compliment heals, rescues, and item handoffs. The partner AI still wastes fucktons of ammo and won’t always use the right gun for the right situation. It got to the point where I hand it the gun it should be using (like the rifle for the scaffolding/drawbridge part) and take everything else away. Otherwise it will shoot at the Lickers with a machine gun even when it has a rifle. :wtf:
just beaten it. game was good. but endin sucked ass. games like this need to have mgs4 statues endings, nice and long. this endin was like, wat less then 5 min?
I don’t want a two hour movie at the end of my over-the-top action game.
RE endings have never been long anyway.
**That ending was kinda bogus though. I won’t explain why because I don’t want to spoil anything, but I was expecting a little more for what seems like the end of a particular story arc.
Epidemic: You’re pretty good at this game then? We should play some Mercenaries co-op or something. I suck like a whore walking the streets of Bankhead at Mercenaries mode and I wanna unlock the characters.**
My guess would be the proximity mines. Although the shotgun is beastly, you can always get a ton of kill by laying down a mine when a bunch of zombies are chasing you. Especially if you play with double Midnight Wesker’s in co-op and drop the handgun - pretty much only magnum ammo drops at that point.
Can i use my infinite ammo option during someone elses game?
but it IS the end of the story arc.
I was just about to ask whether you had this for PS3 or 360.
yo my name on ps3 is HeaT, im not sure how the friends things works but im down to play some re5 right now…so hit me up…
im outi
Roberth
Im on xbl tho…unless you got a new 360?
No you don’t get a huge bonus for killing all the enemies in one combo; on the Leaderboards you can see the max combo the players get during their run and some teams only get like a 50/91 kill combo and still manage to get 700,000.
Hot damn!
That just makes me want to stop playing Merc all together, mainly because I dont have anyone but randoms to play with so we’ll never get enough synergy to get over 150k.
The only thing I can think of that would give them such a high score is melee kills. Maybe they’re just sick to the point where they get 75 or so melee kills, which would give them 375 additional seconds, and if they killed every enemy on the stage that would be an additional 375k points.
Just throwing stuff out there, because such a high score is beyond my American comprehension.
Using only melee kills doesn’t work, there is only 150 enemies total on each map. We had 147 (didn’t combo the first 3 enemies) kill combo with 2:34 left on the clock, when you kill the 150th enemy on the map the game ends instantly no matter how much time you have left meaning that using melee kills only, gives you way more time than you can actually use.
MGS was a 22 year old story being closed. So it needed the long ending to put it to a close. RE is no where near as old. But to be honest, RE5 pretty much tied up all the lose ends Wesker left throughout the series. I wasn’t satisfied with most of the answers but hell I love RE5 anyway.:pleased:
Right, and thats the point Im trying to make.
After you kill all the enemies, you get 1,000 points for each second that remains on the clock when the game ends in addition to what you already had.
Peep this video:
They have 130k when they make the final kill, with 4:43 left on the clock.
4:43 = 283 sec x 1,000 = 283k points
283k +130k = roughly what their final score is (414,737)
Do you play with someone you know IRL? I need to get a headset so I can communicate…or at the very least a USB keyboard so I can type to the randoms I play with.
never knew there’s only a certain amount of enemies on each map. Hmm now I can figure out how to grab more points.
