It’s 20 less stun as well. If anything, it’s exactly the same difference(20 damage, 20 stun) and absolutely not worth spending 1 EX for. I’m not sure what you mean with history.
Nothing that I can think of at the moment. Footsies are the most important IMO since I believe that Ultra is going to add more emphasis on them due to stuff like DWU.
As for BnBs, we need to look for optimized stuff and not just trying to make them longer. When choosing between two combos with similar damage outputs, the less executionally demanding/more reliable one should take precedence, even if it does slightly less damage.
Heck, scaling might mean that the shorter ones actually do more. I recall seeing a video with someone doing around 240-250+ of a jump in into string of normals to rapid slash, which was weird to me since I recall doing more damage with a few shorter combos (I think it was j.hp, cr.mp into mp rapidslash either that or jump in hp, cr.mk, stinger, can’t remember, I only had an hour with the game at Imperium was spent my time locking down her confirms to Ultra 2).
How does that have anything to do with me saying that you can ex ground pound -> MP Sting -> ultra 2 instead of ex ground pound -> EX Sting -> ultra 2? I know it has 20 more stun and I don’t consider it nearly significant enough to spend 1 EX for. I honestly don’t get the point of you arguing against me in the first place.

i suck at doing hands

Hands execute on the fifth button pressed. An effectively consistent way to execute hands I learned from VesperArcade is to start with the normal you want to use/cancel into hands, electricity etc., (st.lp for Decapre in this example), then drum your fingers to the left hitting three buttons in succession and then tapping st.lp once more and lastly the strength of the button you wish to use, (two buttons or ppp for ex). The presses need to be at the same speed.
I know, quite a complicated explanation.
The inputs would be:
st.lp, hp, mp, lp, whatever button strength desired. Start slowly and learn to speed up the execution.
This technique well help to prevent mashing and allow for precise execution and perhaps follow-up combos if she can follow up.
I’ll edit a link to the VesperArcade video once I get back to HQ.

At 0:48 it mentions that button presses are 5.
so you can mid combo meaty with stinger on some characters, this doesn’t really matter midscreen, but in the corner it allows you to connect another stinger or u2. need to experiment more.
“ghetto sako combo” cl.mp, cr.hp, hp stinger is so finnicky, the hitbox on cr.hp does not extend downwards enough so it whiffs on crouchers. It does less damage than cl.mp, cr.mp, cr.mp/mk xx stinger(which is character specific), but does more stun. still messing with stuff
