joining the party with some recommendations:
i find it hard to believe noone’s mentioned pHeoz and Gagapa yet, probably the most brutal ryu/akuma and dictator/viper players i’ve ever met on pc. i’ve just had a 4:20 session against pHeoz and it totally made my day! last time i could only cramp in some lucky rounds…
i’d also like to mention Cassenoisette1, another frenchy and guile player, solid!

It makes more sense to have made a more experienced list due to the fact that a lot of longer-term players would complain about lack of competition more than newcomers would complain about same competition. I’m guarantee’d when I log on, after 1.5yrs of SF4, to mostly be pitched against either newcomers or people who don’t really know matchups, their character, the game or it’s mechanics. This makes it very frustrating to learn or even get any competative edge out of SF4 for them OR me.
I always look for same, or better, skilled opponents because I’m still learning after all this time and while I do get frustrated from losses or people wiping the floor with me, that would be better than me pounding on someone who hasn’t been at the game as long as I have.
This isn’t really based entirely on skill, either - This thread aims to assist people in finding names of players from their own location (For better connections) and/or to find matchups they are looking for (Such as I play Boxer, I’d like to find more Abel, Gen, Rose, Dhalsim players for matchup experience etc).
I will by all means add people’s names to the list if they so wish, and they are new, but bare in mind the bulk of this list has been made on the back of the community who have recommended people, often because they were at least decent at SF4 - This may very well lead to you getting challenged from people who are likely to have played SF4 quite a while. That’s no guarantee they’re some SF4 skillful god, but still.
What I really should do right now is make a sub-list on the Thread so that newcomers looking for newcomers can be listed seperately, this may help if there are quite a few out there. I’ll add your name to the regular list for now as I don’t think seperating the list will have enough applicants to justify it.

Also Arman110 is ok, hes from sweden so we both lagged during the 1 match we played. I won. He cries a lot though because I left after. Couldn’t take the lag. Some people need to grow up regardless of how good they are.

And coming from you, that means he’s gotta be ridiculous good… your 'sim makes me rage sometimes.
When is he usually on? If I can play him from here in the midwest, I’d love to see what I can do against him.
You can me to the mix…I primarily use Zangief…i used to play on xbox, but quit several months ago and decided to pick-up SF for the pc…i am on the east coast and my gamer name is Sonny BIack. I have played several of on here already.
