i already learned her bnb combo that doesn’t use wind, and right now i basically want to practice the bnb combo that uses only 1 wind that can be used on anyone. i saw this and i want to know what **5cdc **means. Oh and just incase u don’t figure it out, what does oki mean? Thanks
5C is a 2-hit normal. You tap C again for the second hit. You use wind and move yourself forward to make sure that both parts connect since the 1st hit pushes the opponent pretty far away.
Currently my main issue is with Ragna… mainly when he gets me offbalance I have a hard time getting away to reset due to his speed on foot… few other characters have that pressure and footspeed (Bang, but bang is relatively… easy… for the moment.)
2A, 2C, 9D[14 hits], J.C, DJ.C, 236A does 3123 damage on ragna the bloodege
is there anything i can follow up with on that, or do some type of mixup in the air. i did a trow on the computer nad it does more damage, but of course it is techable
I’ve been working with Rachel for 6 days…working on combos, looking for holes in opponents’ moves (I was able to stop Noel’s 2D on a couple occasions with Rachel’s 6C if you catch it in the beginning), but I have been getting ass-raped. The only time that I can get any real results is if I try the entire match, but I always end up getting countered and backed up in the corner (especially with Litchi and Jin) and hacked to death. Any thoughts?
Thanks! I shoulda thought of that before. People I play against ( Mostly Jin) are perfectly content with spamming his moves to wear down my barrier then grab and cut me up all day.
I checked my rankings and I’m like… number 4K overall. I was like O.O;;;;
I thought I was scrubby, apparently not. Maybe I"m just lucky, who knows…
At least on 360 network, not arcades or PS3. I probably AM scrubby… regardless
Still having some slight troubles with Rawrgna, but I tricked one earlier, and made myself cackle maniacally. Threw out the Astral Finish on the last round, he crouched just outside and I used Silpheed to shove him into the beam for douchebaggery.
Sorry for doublepost. As far as using the wind to get away, yes, that’s fine, but more than likely you’ll get smashed before you manage to get out of the corner. If you absolutely need to get away and you get lucky enough to get over their head, hold the C button down, and then maneuver your way around with Silpheed. When you get a chance (Read: If you think you have them offguard) feel free to slam them on the noggin with 2CD if you get the chance to. The ricochet is always amusing and leads to possible aircombos if you are good.
