Besides the standard punishing mistakes he made, Satellite use, and other stuff…
-He didn’t know how to deal with Devil Reverses/headstomp. It’s a great oppotunity for Rose to get in safely and start trying to get damage without having to directly deal with Scissors. What I do is try to meet them in the air with j.fk, and if they reverse you can focus or c.mk under the punch(if you time it right you can also hit Bison when he lands).
-He didn’t deal with jump ins. That particular angle of the j.fp is difficult to hit without trading, so the best thing to do is simply block or back dash. I’m not quite sure EX ST’s will hit at that angle.
-His dealings with scissors needs some work. You should always stand and block scissors, since most of the time you will recover a frame faster and allows Rose to counterpoke better. Plus if you are going to scissor at long range, he needs to focus that on reaction. For counterpoking, s.fk works okay but s.mk works better when you are around c.lk and s.mk range after doing scissor pressure.
-If he blocks a EX Psycho Crusher and you go through him, you can be punished with EX Spiral.
-Soul Throws are not the best escape against Bison’s U2. He really should’ve been blocking that if he couldn’t jump and punish.
