I’ve never actually grabbed him with a ST at the apex of his U2’s jump arc like what you did in the video. I’m thinking it would be really difficult to actually plan to do that + very dangerous. Depending on the timing of the ST, it’s possible to land right into that range, yes. I don’t play Bison so I’m not really sure how much of a distance you can control with his U2. Now that you mention it, I guess that’s something I should try out in training.
The way I’ve grabbed him out of his U2 was activating an EX soul throw RIGHT BEFORE he hits the ground. Even that is really dangerous, but fun to do. 
J. hk or j. hp are nice punishes, or just do a neutral jump if you are expecting him to come all the way to you and do some combo after you land. The combo seems like the best option (most damaging), but just to be safe I throw him into a corner during recovery.
I think if you used an ex soul throw instead of j. hp to punish in the fourth round, you would have grabbed him. Not that using an ex st in that case would be wise…
yea i basically did my ST right before he activated it and he must have thought i was going for a spark when i really just wanted a little protection with u2. you can see rose’s hand start to glow right before he does it. i was laughing so hard i couldnt believe how lucky i was.
but yea thats why i was sayin psychic ST, very risky. i think ill stick to j hk/ hp.
i played bison in vanilla a lot but not so much now that rose is better. the little experience i have had with him in super you seem to have good control over where he lands iirc. but when i play bison i stick with U1 so i really dont know.

As I told you in the other thread, Taaj is a Norwegian rose player, and as “UK team” consists of 1 Norwegian, 1 American, 1 Belgian and 2 English, I don’t know why it should be called team uk.
