Black cop wasn’t being threatened with violence and hit a guy with his baton anyway.
White cop was assaulted in his vehicle by someone trying to take his weapon, then shot him as he came back to try again.
I don’t know the full story, but that’s pretty blatant racism.

If you don’t know the story of the black cop, look it up. He had an argument with a train passenger and struck him with his baton without provocation. He was not in danger, hence it was excessive force for that particular situation.
Pierre Wilson got into an argument with an Dawon Gore. The officer allegedly charged Pierre Wilson. The officer used non-lethal force to prevent what he thought was a threat. Was using the baton to prevent a threat really a use of excessive force?
I guess the prosecutor put in more time to actually prosecuting the officer than the Darren Wilson case.
What “threat”?
All indications are that Gore charged the suspect first, not the other way around. He was unprovoked, and broke the guys hand.
Rather than seek medical attention, he left the guy with a broken hand and then took him home instead of to a hospital.
We need full details of the altercation with Gore before trying to compare it to Darren Wilson. That small excerpt does not give us any real evidence of racism/police tampering of evidence at all. Let’s not jump to conclusions over unsourced/checked facts people.
EDIT: A little more digging found some unsourced info that Gore was attacked by the individual he struck
I guess you missed the entire point of my post. Which is no shocker. Let me put it in capital letters for you. THERE WERE ONLY 3 PEOPLE THERE THAT KNOW HOW THE HOW INITIAL CONFRONTATION WENT DOWN, ONES DEAD, AND THE OTHER ONE IS TELLING A CONFLICTING STORY.

If i smack you right now, and only you and i were there to witness this, all it shows is what ive done, it doesnt tell the story of WHY i did it. Physical evidence alone is enough for us to know something happened, but its not enough for us to immediately put together the WHY of it all without further investigation. You understand now?
He didnt take his weapon obviously, and again, if he was reaching for the weapon in possible defense out of fear for his life, thats not the same context as taking it from a cop. Do you understand what im saying? There are only 3 people that really know what happened, and again, one of them is dead, and the others story doesnt corroborate with wilsons, so again, WHY is everyone so quick to jump on wilsons cock?
Some of you i think cannot get over your bias because of the cigarillo robbery and assault that occured before brown and wilson encountered each other. Its relevant, but i think it may be blinding some of you to objectively critiquing this case, and just rushing your minds of visions of angry black people that you are scared of, or have picked on you in your past.

Brown didnt reach for the gun until it was drawn. Do you still all not understand that there is nothing youre going on but one persons narrative of the event? LOOK AT THIS OBJECTIVELY. Are you saying there is absolutely zero possibility that wilson is not telling the whole truth, and his narrative, and the few witnesses that also agreed with wilsons story (AGAIN, which ever part of the story that is. I assume its the latter portion after the initial confrontation) might possibly not be the whole truth?

Why he reached for the weapon, is irrelevant. Even if he was reaching for the weapon in defence, it is irrelevant. Why did Brown start outside the car, then inside? He wasn’t being arrested at the time.
He still smacked Wilson upside the head at least once, and got shot in the hand for his troubles.
I’ll give thought to the other side of the story of the evidence gives weight to it. While the stories are conflicting, and the evidence we have is not consistent, the majority of the evidence available is in Wilson’s favour.
