Dragonite still sucks, and using that abomination fo a show as evidence, especially with that failure Ash doesn’t make anything look good.

Zekrom is that dude with his beefy physical stats and its about time we got some more physical legendaries. Black Kyurem gets a mention here as well but having Ice/Dragon typing sucks defensively.

Latias. Her brother gets all the shine because of that 130 Special Attack stat, but I like the color red more. Dragon/Psychic was one of those dream pairings back in the day.

Honorable mentions- Garchomp for being a badass design. Dragonite for nostalgia and the right combination of whimsical and tough. Flygon for being Flygon(shoulda been Bug/Dragon).
Poor Altaria just can’t be what it wants to be(a defensive Dragon-type) because of its typing working against it, so it gets bottom of the barrel status.
Well considering no one cares about competitive shit, that’s the only other thing that can be stated.
But I guess a good point is raised.
A Pokemon’s real worth is only its looks, nothing more.
Stats are important, but Dragonite is such a massive dissapoint ment compared to what it could ahve been it’s forever in shit tier in my book.
I guess but let’s be honest. How many people, even competitively, use Pokemon they don’t like aesthetically?
If you’re a crappy looking Pokemon, short of having Uber stats, no one will ever use you.
lol I loved when it was first introduced in the anime and they gave it glowing yellow eyes with a shadowy appearance to make it look menacing. Get the fuck outta here with that shit…

Not counting pre-evos (Dragonair for LIFE!) my favorite Dragon Pokemon has been Kingdra. Like the design, awesome typing, one of the most gorgeous stat spreads in the game for a non-uber.
In Gold and Silver Kingdra was the sexiest thing ever:

Sleep Talk
Keep in mind in G/S you could Sleep Talk Rest and regain HP and perpetually Sleep avoiding status! Plus, with the Box Trick you could pretty much max out all your stats.

No stealth rock, or non-typing based version would be nice too. But knowing GF they’ll probably make a dual Rock/Ice type Stealth Rock that stacks. So now Dragon/Flying and Grass/Flying types can get 400% damage upon entry.

If that’s the quickest transportation we get outside of flying, then I’ll pass. There was nothing wrong with bikes they’re just too lazy to render bike riding in 3D.
It has nothing to do with laziness. They needed to make . . . actually, still wondering if the current pokemon are going to be in this game let alone allowing them to be carried over. I’m fine with a wipe if they make some kind of balance changes. Leaves the question of are we only going to have this regions pokemon? If we get all of them I’m sure you can forgive outside of battle stuff since most of the time is spent battling.
-Having to 3d animate all the current pokemon and move effects.
-The actual addition of the new pokemon and moves.
That is gonna be on my mind until they confirm how much of the Dex is useable.
It appears Parting Remark (now Parting Shot) lowers both Attack and Special Attack of the opponent then switches you out.
