Alright, random topic time. Name your keynote/signature Pokemon for every Generation.
Let’s see…
Gen 1- Gengar and Slowbro were on all my teams
Gen 2- Gengar, Heracross, Dragonite, and Snorlax
Gen 3- Gengar(see a pattern?), Swampert, and my infamous BP Scizor/Medicham combo(got me banned from Smogon’s Netbattle server for being too beast).
Gen 4- Gengar, Infernape, Garchomp(before ban), Rhyperior was on a lot of my teams as well.
Gen 5- Gengar, Scrafty, Haxorus, and Darmanitan are staples.
Gen 6- Gengar.
So yeah, lol Gengar… and every Gengar has a different set usually. My favorite Pokemon, for sure.

It has to be a poke specific to that Gen. No cheating with Gengar.
Gen 1: Blastoise
Gen 2: Uh…idk…Donphan?
Gen 3: Gardevoir
Gen 4: Lucario
Gen 5: Reuniclus
HeartGold is such a shitty game after Elite 4 rematch.
1 - Blastoise
2 - Steelix
3 - Blaziken/Metagross
4 - Dusknoir/Bronzong
5 - never played but i would choose ferrothorn
They need to fix the very basics of this game first.
Hacking ruins the game for those who are playing it for its MMO properties.
At the end of the game, there needs to be a battle simulator, in which players are given all the options that hacking players are given to make any legal Pokemon they want with any legal stat set. They need to separate that from people who want to play the game for its RPG aspects. Make two leagues, the “battle simulator” where players are able to access any Pokemon with any skill/stat set that is legal and the “trainer battle” for players that want to battle their Pokemon that they have spent time and effort training. Then finally, moderate the game so no one uses hacks in the “trainer league” and ban the ones that do from online entirely. This way, all of Pokemon’s potential and integrity is not compromised and people can play the game the way they want.
I don’t think so. The whole point of the game is training your Pokemon the way you want to. If you want a certain nature, breed for it. A certain move? Get the TM, Lv up, or breed for it. A shiny? Put in the work or trade for it. Its what gives the game it’s fun and replay value. After you’ve done everything possible in game, what’s left to do if what would normally take time and effort is just handed to you? Hackers just want the best stuff without putting in the work. However, this doesn’t affect other players in any way because they can EARN what the hackers got by cheating. That’s much more rewarding, IMO.

You’re missing the point.
It’s nearly impossible to create a “perfect” Pokemon without cheating. Hackers, allegedly, only want to play Pokemon for the battle engine. They want everything available to them so that the battle comes entirely down to skill. They treat it like a fighting game. Players that actually train their Pokemon are at a severe disadvantage during battles. For players that actually train their Pokemon, half of the battle is the work you’ve put into the game, outside of the battle.
They need to separate these two worlds. Hackers will always exist, unless they’re indulged. They need to create two leagues. Again, a “battle simulator” and regular trainer battles. Like I said, the battle simulator would give you access to everything available in Pokemon, as long as it’s legal. You could customize stats, skill-sets and whatever else. But these Pokemon could only be used in that specific type of battle and you don’t actually own them. Then the “trainer” league for those who have actually put hundreds of hours into their game, and want to test their creations, within the boundaries of the game.
